Hey there ☺️ Welcome to my new channel! I’ll be vlogging through my electrical apprenticeship in hope to encourage more girls to get into the world of trades. Join my journey and hopefully I can show you all my tips and tricks I learn along the way.
Hola amiga soy mexicano sin buscar encontré un tesoro que tan difícil es encontrar trabajo de ayudante de electricidad en tu país la verdad no me dedico a eso pero tengo un poco de experiencia cuídate y mucho éxito
In my country the apprentice cant get laid off. When you are an aprentice you are not hired by the company. You have a contract with them yes but your employer is actually the county administration. I think this is a better system that keeps aprentices from becoming thrown between companies. Hopefully you are hired by a great company by now :)
Your fiance? That would be interesting to know what he looks like. I bet you're a Chad chaser. You just look like that type. I bet he's about 6 ft 5 just a wild guess. You just look like a Chad chaser
I want to know if you ever get scared sometimes working with wires and electricity. I want to go into this trade but that's my fear is getting electrocuted please share your thoughts and opinions thanks
Just enrolled in YTI institute I did everything and only missing my signature on my welcoming letter. They’re charging me $21k for a 10 month program, I’m kind if hesitant on it. Can someone give any tips who’s had experience?
Hi Jessica, thank you for your video. I'm 40 years old with WC jobs. I want to get into electrician trades. Is age can be an obstacle to get apprenticeship through union? Thank you
@@Justrachelll if the tattoo does not tell a story (ex: military service), then it indicates the person likes to waste time, money, and is open to harming themselves.
I had to look it up... "Marrettes" are what wire nuts are called north of the border. But I agree with the other commenter who advocates Wago connectors (a word that can be pronounced at least 3 ways).
Hey Jess. For yrs I did like you and used a razor knife but I’ve learned back 15 years ago or so to use my lineman pliers to pinch off both side and grab it in the middle and pull it off. And yes it took a lot of trial and error before I perfected it. So glad to see a young lady taking up the trade!
Never drop a bundle of conduit and never drop a reel of wire. I have seen helpers drop 2500' reels of wire, chain them to that reel for the rest of that day.
I join the union in my state and the blacklisted me becuz i became addicted to drugs, which addiction is a disease. So ive been unemployed for years they are not a brotherhood and im a thrid generation union electrician
