She carries on the soul of rock’n’roll. Nina Simone in Jazz. Aretha in Soul. Stevie Nicks in Rock. Sinatra in Classic Pop. Nirvana in Alternative Rock. The list could go on but I realized early on my quick love of her was that she loved all the music legends I grew up listening to, artists that I aspired to be like and in a hypercapitalistic time for music, it’s important that we have true artists who care about the art of things rather than the creation of things for consumptions sake
Hi .. I’ve been watching your CA music reviews for quite a while now and I find it very entertaining …. FYI .. They are the sweetest, kindest, considerate & most respectful young men you will ever meet 💕
Hiiii!!! Thank you for watching these gives me a reason to keep doing them :) but I love those things that you said about them. I love when artists are really good people!!!
You prolly already know this but imma just clarify this for ya Mitchel is the lead singer/one with the braids (Clinton’s little brother) Christian is the deeper voice that usually sings after Mitty. He’s got the long blonde hair. Clinton is the saxophonist who has long blackish hair. (Usually wears it in a bun) If you’re actually interested in knowing how they come up with their lyrics I recommend watching some interviews. I’m pretty sure it’s discussed in this one specifically but it’s further into the video. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-vFZOh8ZT6zE.htmlsi=ibAv7gFAyMMu1qEN okay I’m done yapping recs: Vibes, Obsessive, and Keep it Up
Brother I am a bigger tiller fan than you let’s not do this. All the slum tillers on my channel plus anniversary from 2020. And some of the tiller Tuesdays. Back out of this lol He’s had one album since 2020, not including the killer instinct 2 mixtape and the Christmas album he dropped, which you guessed it, is also on my channel lmao isn’t this so fun! and before then true to self was released years apart. I’m not crazy, I’m actually very rational. Are you crazy ?
i feel like in a way i grew up being able to romanticize the small moments, the mundane, in part because of her. there were other artists too. but i felt so trapped where i was, and i was feeling so divided from other artists and the vision they were selling of overconsumption and honestly it felt stiff and inhuman. lana felt more human to me. i used to listen to her songs with my brother and dream about moving out. as she's grown, i'm glad she's evolving as an artist in the way that she sees fit, but i still connect to her music from the beginning of her career more than the music she's been putting out lately. i did really love the song paris, texas. she has lines like "when you know you know". i actually sampled it for a beat i made because i loved that sense of intuition. and that sense of trusting oneself, which i feel so many have been steered away from. i don't like her comments about other artists and how she has kind of dragged them into the convo about her being judged. i think it's centering herself. which is a very white woman thing to do honestly. i'm studying her career right now, because i think it's not only interesting but also she's like kind of the blueprint for being "different" than mainstream yet having the mainstream spotlight on her. this was a really good video and i appreciate that you made it, even if she's not someone you resonate with musically.
I like how you came from a more artistic and songwriting perspective, I can tell you dabble in artistry. And I try to approach these from that angle, I also wanted to be honest without being disrespectful, I’m glad you found this video and I’m happy Lana has done a lot for you in your journey, I certainly have artists like that… that were very important in my development and journey. DM me some of your work I’d love to hear it !
Nessa is doing much better, she said this album is going to be healing and fun and cunty 😂 she said this album is like jazz and if you ever wanna dance to Nessa this is it♥️♥️♥️
Number one. Some tattoos take multiple sessions that could last years. Two. You're about to go down a jelly roll rabbit hole. He's the best artist of this generation. He also raps as well.
He said the black out tattoo took a total of 70 hours . He did it because he broke down and then let god back in his life . He left a cross on his chest
Yah that's not to horrible. I was in the military and pretty much have my body covered in tattoos and I have honestly 100 hours + over time @@StiloReacts
@@StiloReacts everyone is different for pain but my stomach and right above where the rib cage starts and it goes up into my sternum. That one was really making me regret life decisions lol 8 hours straight
coming from someone who is recovering from an ed, we dont like the word healthy cause to us we know it means we’ve put on weight & it’s visible to other ppl. but the word sick is comforting to our minds because it means were still losing that weight & not gaining any
