A ton of trailers owners need this video. I love it and I haven’t bought my first trailer yet! Do you know about how much weight that wall and door added to the trailer?
I just got mine delivered to me, just like a lot of the videos I watched I had to take all the covers off to attach the automatic choke wire to get it to start. I was really disappointed the very next morning to find out that it comes in a dual fuel option, I looked for that before I ordered one and couldn't find one. I'm wondering if it will parallel with my Honda 2000? any one try this yet?
Just curious..... doesn't this igen4500 have a 3.4 gallon tank or 12.8 liters? I saw you filled it and it looked FAIRLY level but was missing OVER A HALF GALLON ON THE METER...
Does it really works for mobile data? Lets say I want to try to work from a camping site. It seems an expensive gadget for a minimal increase. Like i would just have a more stable but still slow internet
Just curious was the overload on eco mode? If so I would assume you could bump it up to full power and see it drop correct? Just got mine, have oil in it, hoping not to have the choke problem some have. Great vid, keep on ketoing
it doesn't seem to matter whether it's on eco mode or standard mode. and we had to intentionally get it to cycle off. we just got through using it on a two-week trip and we ran the microwave and the power converter battery charger and coffee maker and it never even came close to capacity and we kept it on eco mode the whole time. I think you're going to be super happy with this generator I know we certainly are. Thanks, your friends at keto Kampers
I know we've been totally happy with the performance of this generator we used it just recently on a two-week trip and it worked perfectly without any problems at all. Thanks, Your friends at keto campers
really good video - especially the information you included on the call made to weBoost to determine the directional antenna. Just wish you had included the steps you took to drill the hole in your external wall. I’m installing mine this weekend and nervous about that step!
Sorry about that oversight on the video. What I did is drill smaller pilot holes so that I was sure that I wasn't interfering with any wiring or anything. Then I went and got a very high quality silicone sealant, it dries almost as hard as plastic and thus far I have not had any problems. Thank you for the comment, I appreciate you watching our videos stay tuned for more.
i have 3 pulsars 4500 right now same genset and they are running my house they are tandem all 3 can work together i have 2 running right now light on in the greenhouse
well on gasoline it ran several days while it was in single digits here with no problem. I don't know for sure about propane but I do know it lowers the wattage output some running it on propane
Just a suggestion. If this is floating neutral generator( which it probably is) you should either buy or make a neutral to ground bonding plug. This should be done when connecting to a RV. Yes it seems to work fine, but is not correct. Remember, always be safe, the life you save may be your own. BTW the plugs are available at Amazon for $9-$12.
@@gilianrampart8514 Inverter generators seem to be mostly floating neutral or open ground. I found the reason is so if you are holding a tool in your hand and touch the generator metal you do not get shocked. When connecting an RV to shore power the neutral and ground are bonded at the service and sent as hots, neutral, and ground. Your RV does not have this connection since it is made in the shore power or the generator that they installed. This is the video that I saw that made me aware of it. I’m all about electrical safety, retired electrical design engineer. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-Wr3ZKDN-8Go.html As I said you can get a Plug from Amazon just like in this guys video. Always be safe, the life you save may be your own. Respectfully, Kevin
How do you change the oil on this model?. All I can figure out is to tip it over and spill used oil all over the place. Do you stick the funnel back in and try and drain it that way.?
@@ketokampers342 You're so welcome. I have a photography channel, and my wife and I are in the process of getting an RV. We purchased the iGen for it as well and are looking forward to getting out into the great outdoors. Please be sure to stop by and say hello on my channel as well. Stay safe and good luck!
i have 1 that has over 4000 hrs on it in 3 plus years at my home no power up hear i now have 3 of them i can run them tandem all 3 can work together home made cord
Hi Mark great video very professionally done I was wondering if I was to put that on the bed of my truck how high is the generator will I be able to close my cover over it?
Hey Gus thanks for the comment. The tallest part of the generator is the gas cap which is right at 22 in so I hope that works for you and thanks for watching. Your friends at keto campers
Depends on the size of the ac, two 15k btu doubt it. If you have smaller ac is possible. Just check your ac ratings and do the math. Also saw something about seeing up rv ac with some device you install with your capacitors and it helps the starting wattage by reducing it..
@@ketokampers342 Hi, great video! I too heard the ticking sound. Hopefully, it is something rattling although it sounded like it was from the engine.....any knocking or ticking from an engine is wear occurring.
