I came across one of these when I was about 12. I had no idea what it was and was just mesmerised. I know many people hate the design but I absolutely love it.

That is a really nice ford model a but dude those seats look so comfortable I would love to ride in one of those for a road trip cause I bet it’s so easy to sleep on those seats
This is like the adult version of a toy car it reminds me of a toy I like the older jeeps learned to drive in a 1976 or 1973 wrangler can’t remember the year right now but it was one of those
Without a tachometer, you know when to shift based on the sound of the engine revving. When it gets high, and you feel that the power is maxed out, you shift to the next gear.
Fact: The Willys Jeep is the ancestor of Philippine Jeepneys, after World War II those jeeps were left by the American troops & it was converted by Filipinos into public vehicle, the back part was expanded, 2 hand railings installed at the roof & put many decorations to attract the people & the Philippine Jeepney was born. The Jeepney became the most popular means of transportation in the Philippines since then & it's part of the Filipino culture
I wish somebody would dyno one of these Rocket 303 cube engines. Oldsmobile claimed 135 horsepower, but that is only 20% more than the outgoing flathead straight 8. The Rocket is 20% bigger, but the overhead valves should account for something as well.
The Aeroquip or Stratoflex external stainless steel braided hose has drawbacks. You don't see that used on certificated aircraft, just experimental for example. The rubber hose inside the braid will break down and leak before it is noticed through the external braid. Ok for hot rods that only travel to a show but this looks gaudy and really not needed. Everything else looks great.
