20:44 Doma is spouting dogshit. If Agni and Luna dies/leaves, the village dies shortly after. What culture can a bunch of malnourished elderly people already close to death really establish? There is no one for them to pass their teachings on to
One of the things the Anime did beautifully, was when he talks to the blades as they're reforged. He says he won't ask to borrow your strength, and the shorter blade melts into blue light, and an image of Old Man Zangetsu in Orange. He says he won't refuse him and tell him to stay back, and the larger blade melts into red light, the image shown then is Shiro in Orange. As the lights float up around him, they become orange as he reaffirms, he won't ask them to fight along side him, because he will fight alone, his spirits now watching over him in the lights. That's amazing imagery that just adds so much to the speech. Studio Peirrot have really pulled out all the stops for Bleach, and it's amazing.
I also love how Travis makes makes time to hang out with friends, whether it's him and Bishop hanging out with a mike podcast inviting other friends along he way. Visiting Shinobu and Badgirl to check up on them throughout the game till they're ready to fight back Asking Kamui to hang out with him It's subtle but a strong indicator that Travis is alot more laid back and happy to live with his friends then chase ambition
The thing is, I doubt that they'll ever be in a romantic or sexual relashionship, because in my opinion, if Denji gets a romantic partner in part 2, it's probably going to be Asa, as I feel like Nayuta would eventually warm up to her and let Denji see her, and I'm sure that by the time Denji finds the blood devil/fiend again, he would either be in a relashionship or close to Asa, which would mean that for him to be a romantic partner to Power, Nayuta would aslo have to warm up to her, furthermore, I think part 2 is going to end on Denji and Power having become friends again.
i just want Denji to be happy.... well done on convincing me there was a whole massive other chance for that the poor kid's lost i didn't really understand
He loves her very much, but platonically. Denji does not reciprocate romantic feelings for Power that she has for him. And so for now, the relationship is platonic but very loving from both sides.
I started cassually reading fire punch one day around noon, i dont know when i came out of the stupor after finishing the series but it was the next day and i felt like my brain got rinsed with a new unknown liquid and i had a lot to process but i was very happy and horrified
I like that Denji doesn’t actually have to turn power back into power if he finds her because when a devil dies (in our world) their power gets destroyed, so if he does do it, it will be out of his own free will.
your nose-talking bass voice is echoing in my ears. it's a bassy asmr in the form of Denji-Power relationship. i like it. i am going to bassboost parts of this to spam in a few game lobbies. thank you. :D
Yuji is my underdog goat, but Gojo is my idol. They’re both my favorite characters, but Gojo just has that superhero appeal I guess you could say. I feel like JJK could be just as interesting if Gojo were the main character, or if it did a sort of dual protagonist thing with the underdog and the lonely one at the top. Yuji, Yuta, and Gojo are all good guys in a shit world, but they all face different struggles. I’m not as big of a Yuta fan as I am a Gojo or Yuji fan, but they’d all make for interesting protagonists of their own stories; same with Toji honestly that guy’s cool as fuck I love the anti-villain thing he’s got going on in the story, true neutral party.
I feel like this argument is entirely predicated on willfully ignoring what fujimoto seems to clearly be telling us? To believe this you have to disregard a lot, while also stretching A LOT of points. The evidence just feels weak at best in my opinion. It’s no hate though, have your opinion, I’m just sharing mine in turn
@@BeyondAnimation and to that I’d say you’re again jumping through hoops to argue that point 😭 being reminded of someone and being attracted to someone can both exist while being true. There’s a reason we’re shown denjis attraction towards asa so heavily compared to generally the exact opposite towards power
chainsaw man is denji's journey of humanization and his journey to not only knowing what self love is, but to knowing what true love, including friendships and love for life is. it is about his death of his old life and his difficult rebirth into his new life, the life he deserves and the life he has always been entitled to. there is always a storm at the end of the rainbow. i trust that fujimoto is an amazing artist and writer. he can't keep things horrible for this long. change is slow, but it's inevitable. i have a feeling asa won't be killed off.
One more thing I'd like to add. Spoilers for part 2 of CSM below. In part 2 Yoru/Asa specifically remind him of Power. It's shown in the Aquarium Date scene. They're also romantic with each other and Asa specifically cares a lot about him. So if he says she reminds him of Power, and the two are romantic... that should say something right there.
It is analysis like this i love. I enjoyed every moment of it. Please do more. 👍 Bleach is such an amazing & deep story. Sadly, Surface readers & Surface watchers failed to properly analyse it.
The last episode of Death Note is like the Ozymandias of Kira, the fall of his new world. But where as Light was surrounded by virtuous people tired of his machinations, Walter was surrounded by horrible people to make a deal with.
someone please remind the guys who think they're only siblings that Aki does not know about the squish-squish scene if he knew... that image of them as kids would have been way too different or straight up not exist and he would have told makima and power would have died earlier
part one was really amazing it was chaos but not as chaos as part 2. but when chainsaw man figures out what he actually want i feel like it will start getting really good like the whole part one and early chapters of part 2
I kinda got the feel that power is in love with denji, but either doesnt know it or she doesnt want to acknowledge it, essentially doing the «my mind’s telling me no but my body is telling me yeah» thing but with intimacy rather than sexually
