This needs to be put on blast. I wish I would have known this when experiencing grief. I did a somatic workshop for 30 days and on the 2nd week I had so much rage, grief, wailing, yelling and moaning leaving. It was wild to me. I’m 29 otherwise good health but good lord I had so much come out
This is so funny 😂 but jokes asides this is so helpful for all the tension im feeling now im only having 2 exams left of gcses, lots of tension now in releasing. There is really no shame in this!
Wow this Anger series is changing my life. I’ve never felt such a huge shift in my quality of life as in comparison to these anger release exercises. I feel the release in my stomach and I see it in my skin and demeanor. Thank you for your service.
yes can be the liver is moving through stored and suppressed energy! Self massage can help if you have soreness there after this, and finding time to do more releases as time goes on to clear the stuck energy

this is a meditation pillow used in yoga - not so ideal actually as it's quite hard. Best bet is to double up normal bed pillows into one pillow case. So long as your hands dont hit the floor too hard :D

Glad to hear this- the pillow helps so much also if you don't wish to use your hands. When I lived with lots of neighbours in a city its really helpful.
most definitely! often just doing these exercises will already brings up deeply stored past emotions. You can use it almost to 'trigger' the emotion to come up
@@girlxoxo3477 yes any amount of time is good practise. Sometimes I just do 5 mins before bed of movement and whichever ways the body wants to express - shake, sound, breath, an exercise. The body’s intuition is enough to show you what wants to be felt 🙏🏻
