The only way you can do cones is if you know how to ride the rear brake and feature clutch and throttle control. I have put off my test for nearly a full year! Test is SO STUPID compared to reality. When in god's name do you weave cones? Tiny u turns? Maybe at gas station. Pretty much as stupid as car test. Makes no sense, but here we are.
Nearly every state has a sound related law. The laws exist but are rarely enforced with the exception of the large metropolitan areas such as San Francisco and New York City. However, most people can agree that loud pipes save lives. If they don't see you, at least you can ride easy that they can hear you.
If I wanted to lower my r7 four inches, would it be good and any recommendations for different pegs to avoid scratching on corners? (Just for a daily drive to work and back)
All pegs are the same length. What you want are adjustable rearsets so that you can raise the pegs farther off the ground. If you lean aggressively you’ll risk scraping the pegs the more you lower the bike
@@camacdav000 it will not break warranty especially a slip on. It’s actually illegal for a dealer to void your warranty for changing your exhaust out. Now if you rev bomb then engine well into redline you will cause damage to your engine and they can figure that out.
@@MaxamillionEd okay, so it doesn’t void with a full system neither correct? Because then I would really buy a full system spend the couple hundred more than just the slip on. & will I need to tune the bike? Or it’s not necessary?
Oh wow I didn’t realize! I’ll definitely make sure to check that out. Thanks for letting me know! I just checked the setting in the wireless mic and it was recording on one channel
Looks like the adjustable kickstand is not exactly the same since you had to use a different spring, correct? Where did you get the spring? What tool did you use to get the spring off? Or do you have recommendations for an R7 specific one? T-rex seems to be perpetually out of stock.
I’m going to make an update on this tutorial seeing as trex stopped producing this kit. I used a spring hook tool. It’s like a big T handle with a hook on it to pull springs off
@@MaxamillionEd I just got done lowering mine. Your video was very helpful. I’m wondering how you came to determining the front should be lowered 1” for a 2” rear drop?
I did my first and second oil change at 200 and 900. Ive heard a lot of people say it helps get rid of the metal shavings and beter for the engine break in. Who knows. Nice bike i have the same setup but RPW
i did my first service at 250km/1 month as my running were low.. now its at 1400km and my second service is scheduled next month .. should i skip the oil change? dealership said you can skip it and get your oil changed every year as your running is low..
@@ScooterNinjayou shouldn’t be “running low” unless you have a leak or you’re burning oil. Also I wouldn’t listen to that guy. One oil change a year is not nearly enough.
Would the engine mess up if I top off the coolant with what you show in your video? because the coolant is green and you have blue. Genuine question, I want to do this as well but still new.
What you want to check is propylene glycol and ethylene glycol on the bottle. Kawasaki uses a green one and Honda uses the same exact formula but it’s blue. If you were to mix ethylene with propylene let’s say half and half you’ll have weaker cooling because they each react at different temps. If you were to mix the two and just did a top off where one ratio is way more than the other type you’ll be ok.
Just an FYI, the 40th anniversary isn’t a KRT. There’s the specific KRT model and then there’s the 40th anniversary model, they’re not interchangeable or the same at all.
When you lower the rear with the same kickstand the bike will be more upright with less lean angle. If it’s not adjusted to a shorter kickstand the bike will easily tip opposite of the kickstand lean with a very slight push
You have to bring your driver's license, permit, and helmet. This is what you will be tested on. You will get 1 hour to practice then take your test right after
I see the 401k as a way that companies got away from pensions, transferring all the risk to the workers, while making sure the government gets it's cut.
Please make a video of lowering a Yamaha MT07 or Yamaha XSR700. I am 5'2 and wanted one of these bikes but too tall when I sat on it at the dealer. Thank you.
you're not to lean at the slow speed. you're supposed to counter steer. bt that shit is difficult and most people in real life put their foot down. i watched a guy on a harley gold wing uturn in a parking space w counter steering so its possible just hard.
What a bunch of bullshit. A matching 401k (free money) is CLEARLY one of the best long term investments out there. According to "The Millionaire Next Door" 79% of millionaires got that way through their employer's 401k. I'm guessing you're pushing bitcoins, life insurance or timeshares to scam people.
The millionaire next door was written in 1996 when the dollar was worth something. We have lost nearly half the buying power since then. You can quote all the stats you want from then but the truth remains, by the time you reach 59.5 your dollar won’t buy you much.
@@MaxamillionEd Nonsense. JP Morgan realized an article stating that the dollar is way stronger than other currencies including the Euro. In fact, with the ECB (Euro) cuts interest rates before us, it will further divide our dollar over the Euro.
@@astroman30 the dollar will cease to be the world reserve currency during our lifetime. The track that we’re on, it’s silly to lock your money away until you’re 60.
I'm in md, took the test on a manual 07 suzuki gz it's such a heavy bike and the turn at low speed is difficult (took a rider school not mva) retaking next weekend on a honda navi
This guys is probably trying to sell something. Lol. Between my Roth 401k amd Roth I.R.A i have $700k. Tax Free all because of a roth 401k and i.r.a. Don’t be fooled by someone like this guy.
@MaxamillionEd it's for my retirement. I don't want to touch it till I'm in my 60s. Lol. The dollar has always been going down. I rather have 1 million tax free dollars that's worth $500k than nothing. 😆 🤣
@@rolandosouffrain7957 lol by the time you are 60 you won’t have much time left to live or enjoy life much. You slaved away for work for basically nothing if you do that. You might as well give all that money to kids or grandchildren. 401k is a joke
I passed my skills test on my kawasaki ninja in New Hamshire on the morning of May 13th, got zero points deducted. The main advice I can give you all is to just go out to the DMV site where you will be taking your test and practice many times when it's closed. The only thing is that they might not test you exactly how it is shown in this video, my examiner had me do a U-turn on the left from the stop at the corner even though I practice doing the right one. Still got it right. Dont stress to much about it, the confidence is key.
