A funny little detail I found looking back at the trailer is that Jiu was offering Yeni a bowl and not a cup of water like we see in the story. They probably changed it to make the story more unpredictable.
I would explain some point from cn players. As I agree their point.😢 The story is not detail enough, first, the part that argument and getian catch the red hourse should be shorter. And left time to develop Jiu character. I personally think Getian should get apologize from others. He is being catch and shout because of Jiu mistake. He didn't know the reason too. And also, Jiu knows she turn people into red hourse, but she didn't admit at first. So people think she is lying. And the ending should be Jiu use her arcine skill to solve the problem l, then her personality could be developed. Most of cn players didn't hate her, just blame on the story telling. For a new year activities, the quality should be better.
Like Jessica livez in the forest, she didn't socialise with friends. So she didn't know what is right and wrong However, Jiu lives in the town and neighbours. Why did she think turning people into animals is good ?
Hope to see more of Bessmert in the future. She seems way too important to simply just be a throw away character in an event story. Also, funny how Bessmert and Yeni are basically our Vertin and Sonetto of this event, both being silver-haired characters with red-headed assistants 😂

Gameplay is not for me. Genshin Impact and Wuthering Wave is more my cup of tea. Or good turn by turn like Honkao Star Rail that reminds me of Persona.
Some translation explanation here. Jiu is 9. Niangzi can be Lady, Miss, or Madam. So when Yenisei calls out "Miss Jiu Niangzi", she is saying "Miss Miss 9". (Jiu reacts "why Miss twice?") Fun fact: 9 and wine in cn prounce the same. The old man explains that "xiang rei" is "yao" but they help humans. "Yao" is basically yokai or mythical creature in general. "Xiang rei" is something like "symbols of luck and fortune" “Shuo” means the 1st day of a month. So "shuori" here specifies 1/1. "Dushou" is "waiting for the arrival of the new year" As for why Yenisei and Vertin's mom can speak Hanese but can't write it. You may watch 1.6 pv, especially the part that introduces new characters.
Interesting how they don't show any Fontaine. Did they intentionally not show Fontaine because Lumine did something really important there? Something that we will learn in the new AQ?
Oh, I know what you’re getting at like she’s a prototype clone, which would actually make sense if she was like the first creature to be made by primordial one the Creator of Celestia, of humans , Archon, Paimon and Seeles. cause she looks similar to another character, with white hair . Meaning, she’s pretty much a prototype clone, pretty much testing the cloning process. And the DNA of Kevin the mantis soldier of Honkai the third back on earth.
Pretty much there is a theory that 50,000 years ago, the surviving humans, the mantis soldiers, one of them had a plan to send Arks to another world, and one of the ships. Went to Teyvat which took 6000 years, and primordial one(a female mantis soldier) created copies of herself Archons. She also created Seeles(Oceanin, and other elemental ones), and all humans through cloning and genetic manipulation. The Seeles are artificial life forms, that were created to make humans a mention for. because the inhabitants of Fontaine change Into Oceonins when exposed to ancient water. They were being reverted back to their original state , that means that applies to all the other humans. And why Seeles disappeared. They just turned into humans, which is how the cloning process works. this is just speculation. Cause I already know the entire planet is artificial and was terraform 6000 years ago , the humans,Archons,and Seeles elemental species are all artificial life forms made through cloning that came from earth to repopulate. And survive the Honkai.
I have my suspicions that Paimon, is definitely a former Seele , mainly because of Fontaine, pretty much the inhabitants of that nation will turn back into Oceanins (water Seeles) if expose primordial water, which means Seeles and the other elemental ones. Are the base of humanity when I mean by that the creator of Archons, Primordial one(a female soldier from earth), Made humans and Seeles . Now she , did this by using Seeles bodies and mixed human DNA into their bodies to create humans that’s my theory so far. Because the entire planet has been terraform, 6000 years ago, we already know the sky is artificial, and most of the humans, Seeles , and Archons are not native to the planet. They’re pretty much all clones , of the previous humans from Honkai the third from earth 6000 years ago or from earth, but also had a natural disaster and had to go to another on Teyvat.
One cool thing I remembered that I'm not sure if most people can remember (since it's been awhile) is that the very beginning of the 1.1 event (The Theft of the Rimet Cup) starts with a blind lady asking the newspaper boy to read the news for her. I checked back on the event story, and I think it's the same voice as Bessmert, so that would mean that she might have existed in the 1960s. Though this does just raise more questions; if you take a look at Yenisei's profile, it says that she's from the early 19th century, so that would mean it's probably around a 100ish years from 1.6 (assuming that 1.6 takes place in the 19th century, which was never confirmed I think) to 1.1, so make that what you will.
7:45 in xamaran's quest, paimon is referred as hatchling. Xamaran is connected to Irminsul so it knows a thing or two. Paimon = primordial one evidence
Good reserch, really insightful, also still lacking of some details I would have liked to see. For one you did not talk about desert Flannel yet, who has, in my opinion the most crucial symbolism in the entire event: Capitalism and exploitation! Spathodeo is well of and can live her dream while Flannel grew up poor and has to grift to get by - and she is targeted by a propagandist trying to use both lies and truth against them - whith the Bunyips representing exactly that, since they grow agitated and powerful when encountering lies and they can always tell the truth apart, as well. And the Uluru statium is an anti storm statium, because of the special material, this Nucloid R, that is also existing in the spinning wheel and the Island of Apeiron. Everytime this material is in play it has psychodelic and physical effects on all arcanists except Vertin to a degree, it seems. The spinning wheel puts arcanists to sleep, Apeirons cave-stone puts arcanists into a kind of hyper cerebral trance suatable to gain knowledge and the Uluru stadium boosts all physical capacities like doping with the drawback of making them intoxicated.
