i know this video is 3yrs ago but i did all of the methods and it didn't work, this is actually my first time to encounter this troubleshooting in my pc and im having probs since i cannot play games that need 8gb also i watched other tutorials but all of them didn't worked and im thinking that maybe my ram is faulty.I really don't know i tried cleaning it with a soft eraser and put it to another slot if it works but it didn't work i tried to put it back to the first slot didn't also work.

man i hope u still read everyone's comment in this video.. so my laptop is acer nitro AN515-57(RTX3050ti, 16GB RAM, i711th gen) mid for gaming.. here's the problem, everytime i hop on roblox or R6 it always crashes. i've reinstalled windows, and even reapplying thermal paste. the ram usage perfectly fine, it didn't got capped or anything else, idk what's the problem to my laptop.. pls help
