cool idea, definitely worth expanding upon if you want to, but here are my thoughts: The WW3 part seemed like a throw away line, how was nuclear war prevented? it would be interesting how opponents to the world government would respond The reason for this compression being climate change seems tame and unrealistic for it to be the whole picture. My head-canon is that its a performative measure, with the growth of the fossil fuel industry and rise of climate activism, the government put on this show to make it seem like they were helping. Would be interested to see how the world government manufactures consent I would also like the method behind the compression itself nice start tho Edit: spelling error
You are incorrect about Fubuki getting the sandwich reference, that is a reference to a game called Castle Crashers. Practically everyone who plays this game doesn't understand that reference.
I love that the scene translates the stands name said (in supposed Japanese) *Time in a Bottle* but the sub says *Bottled Time* (just like in real life)! Since Time in a Bottle would be (and probably is) a song that is Copyright protected so when they Dub and English Sub, they change it to something vaguely similar or thematically similar to avoid said copyright.
Somebody has to do something... this onion cutting ninjas are still going on and they won't stop anytime soon!!!! I would still protect this pure, cute and wholesome sheep anywhere, anytime for this!
Of course I shouldn't be surprised but most people aren't aware that the music used in the To Be Continued meme is an old prog rock song by Yes. Reminds me of that time some Japanese tourists visited the Backdraft display at Universal and complained that it was plagiarizing music from Iron Chef. Facepalms all around.
