I a beginning to thing DMG doesn't make machines. All their videos are 3d renderings and not the actual machine. And the one time I think they might have used a machine, they piped in fake audio. Okay I'll take it back after looking at full list of videos. But I still feel the sentiment holds
Deciding between the NTX and the CTX TC is depending on the workpiece size, number of tools torque and power of all rotating spindles and usage of the lower turret. In general, both type of mill turn machines can be equipped with a main- and counter spindle and offers in addition for some models the option of a lower turret, in case of NTX also with Y-axis. Both type of machines can be ordered with a huge variety of technology cycles. Auf der Homepage steht, dass das System auch Kupferlegierungen verarbeiten kann. Steht auch ein blauer Laser für das System zur Verfügung? Können sich die Laserbereiche überlappen?
Hallo, bei der LASERTEC 30 SLM 3. Generation nutzen wir für das Pulverbett den klassischen roten Laser, der mit bis zu 1.000 W ausreichend Leistung für die Bearbeitung von Kupferlegierungen bereitstellt. Die vier Scanfelder der Laser überlappen sich vollständig. Jeder Laser kann jeden Punkt auf dem gesamten Pulverbett erreichen. Dein DMG MORI Social Media Team

Sorry, but if I would need 200h of programming for this part, and it is still running 70h of machining, I would get fired quicker than a toolchange on this machine! 😂

I would love to see a BOXER machined! I have had 7 boxer doggies in a row and I love the breed. If I can afford to buy it, I would definitely consider buying the demo. 🐕 4:05
Hello @cameronmccauley4484, the base machine is a milling machine with an HSK-63 tool holder. So, you can integrate all tools with HSK-63 interface. Also grinding tools.
