People talking about generator shouldn't sit outside uncovered. Yet motorcycles sit outside in the rain sleet snow and still start with a fresh battery.😂
My Honda 6500iu generator lasted a total of 34 hours before the inverter failed. $1,700 repair job. Always garaged and expertly maintained. Was past the warranty period, and despite low hours, Honda would not even give me a break on the repair.
I can see your problems just by this picture. First one is setting out side in the bad weather and 2 it is not on level ground and will set off the low oil senser and it won’t start or start and shut off .
Just add some oil and that is about 98 % of the time is why it won’t start or start and then stop just add some oil because it has a low oil sensor that protects the motor from people that don’t service their generators.

why an inground pond when you can just do above ground pond? i've tried inground pond, and every morning there is caine toads in there. my above ground pool now has much less toads.
my aunt has a fur farm. Generally, she breeds minks and lynxes, the most difficult stage of breeding was explaining to her daughter what happened to her favorite lynx, Bob. 😅 the daughter thinks that Bob escaped and Bob became part of a quite nice fur coat 😂

Unfortunately, this shows where this world is heading, in Europe the lives of animals are often more important than people, many activists would criticize you for these films. It's sad that this is happening. Many people would rather donate money to an animal shelter than to help poor starving children. This is a simple inversion of values, generally speaking, as a mature person, you grew up in a different world and you have a healthy approach to it.

I think your video title and your “thumbs down” photo is unfair and unfounded. People scrolling by would assume that this generator is no good. Your last words were that you love it. You failed to service it and keep it out of the rain. Over 160 hours without an oil change?! You have a manual. Do you know how to read? It’s 100% YOUR fault. Your title should be: Honda generator: thumbs up. I love it! My brain: thumbs down.
