🌴Hello my friend, it’s a rainy day in Florida so I sat down and was watching some of your videos, so many sauces are over looked , they are enhancements to compliment your main attraction, sushi, sashimi, pok’e, fried food , salads , and can also visually enhance your platings , people use soy sauce, eel sauce, or ponzu it seems on a regular basis, but other sauces for some reason seem a bit more uncommon, ( the chefs are lazy to make them ) for myself I only use sauces according to what fish or dish I prepared that day and it’s in small amounts, I love your creativeness , 🤔hummm, maybe a wasabi avocado mayo ! 🤔
Thank you so much Dave for being SushiLovers family, 🤗i really appreciate your time and every cmt , which will give more strength to make more videos 🫡thank you again, i will try mayo wasabi and avo next time 😻
🌴 Santosh my friend you make it look so easy , does wearing gloves stop the rice from sticking to your fingers ? Instead of vinegar water ? Some people are catching Bonita are they ok for sushi and sashimi if they are bleed out right away ? Have heard of people smoking them a bit to give extra flavor .
Hey Dave once more again i am glad to Reply your cmt ! Its Vinyl Gloves so will be easy to separate sushi rice but personally I recommend Teju which will stop cross contamination. Bonito is best for sushi & sashimi but it should treat first , will be really good if its smoked for different flavours and extra level of Umami 🍣🍣🤗 Thank you again for being SushiLovers family 🎈🎈😍
@@sushimansantosh , 👍🏼 again I’ve learned from you, non of any videos I’ve watched have taught me the Japanese word for the vinegar water mix ( teju ) . Thanks !
