I really appreciate your help. I was 78kg now 73 it is just magic I cannot believe.IT IS REALLY HELPED. FOR ALMOST 10 DAYS I DID AND NOT REGULARLY I HAD LEMON HOT WATER DURING THE EXERCISE.THANK YOU SO MUCH

I start the workout! Day 1: ✅Easy! No pain or change but I feel that my belly has shrunk a little the next day (I did the exercises in the evening) Day 2:✅Easy but my stomach hurt a little)) Day 3: Day 4: Day 5: Day 6: Day 7: I hope I don't lose this video 😅 I will note all the changes and others that I had during the week!
