Just met coach Peck today 5/12/24 in Michigan after getting hired at UDM. Man, what a sincere dude who cares about people and willing to share knowledge.
Man I miss this team I never went here but I’ve been a fan of this team since the Alonzo Trier days still a fan till this day this is my favorite high school basketball team
For a freshmen Nigel was hella mature cuz a lot of kids would have checked out already. He probably would have been starting at most high schools too when he was a freshmen
If you're from Nevada, you can't play for Findlay. It's part of their agreement with the Nevada state high school athletic association. It's also why Findlay can't play in Nevada's state playoffs like Gorman (or any other regular high school) can
Man, today nigel Williams goss will be playing for the national championship, and i don't personally know him but i have been following him since this first started out, and i will be rooting for gonzaga to win. i hope that the next time someone sees my comments he has already is a national champ ! these episodes made me feel like i was part of the Findley prep family, a brother of these guys. brothers for life.
Exactly. He makes it seem like he was on the national championship team. Can't wait until that ironic moment when Wood gets passed over on the first round.
Has tremendous NBA potential--I thought much higher than Myles Turner and Kevin Looney who are projected lottery picks. I cant see why Wood cant move up substantially in this draft. He nearly 7 feet tall and has triple threat ball skills. He needs to get stronger but hes young. Hes a developmental player but a good one.
Kid has a lot of growing up to do both mentally and on the court. Best of luck but if he shows a lack of heart and goes to the moon like he often did during the season he'll never seen an NBA Roster. I don't think he's NBA ready but hopefully someone with a good staff is willing to take a chance and let him develop into his true potential instead of forcing him to play early. Should have stayed another year, could have been a lottery pick next year... as far as the Twitter games... as I said, needs to grow up mentally.
I doubt he's a lottery pick, everything I've seen and read indicate late 20's which means it's possible he could fall. Then again I never saw Anthony Bennett going #1 overall. I hope the kid is a lotto pick, it would certainly justify his decision but word is he got roughed up pretty good at the camp he went to in Miami. He'll need to bulk up because despite having great skills and attributes he doesn't have the bulk of the quality NBA PF's
Yet he just trolled all us fans and pretty much said f'you to all the fans he spoke so highly about in the vid. What a hypocritical, classless little POS he is.
***** Grow a pair....this kid is 19 years old. Immature? Sure, maybe.....but a "classless little POS"....come on...you're acting like the "classless little POS".
I've gotta say out of all the channels I follow and things I watch, that had to be the most heartfelt and touching episode that I've ever watched. I started watching The Season in the Summer of 2013 and caught myself really up with how this school grew under the hard work and dedication of Coach Peck and his crew. So to see him not being apart of the Program (well directly) anymore is pretty sad and such but knowing that he got the opportunity that he did is so awesome at the same time. And on another not, while all these people gave up on the Season saying it was taking to long to come back and all this negative talk, they were completely wrong because you cant just produce excellent quality material like this overnight. What's great about this channel is that it really draws you in to a point that sometimes you feel like a Pilot yourself. All this comes from a great program, very talented and humble players, coaches that work their hardest to develop these Student Athletes not only in their game, but beyond the floor as well, and an amazing director and producer who can really capture all of this into a series that keeps begging me to come back. Keep doing what you do Donnie. Your material is inspirational. #findlayfamily
I just wanted to say thank you so much Donnie. These videos every week have helped me with my work ethic , and my dream of becoming and NBA Player. These videos Bring us so close to the findlay family that you have to cry. It was cool growing with them and most importantly keep up the good work.
