Sad about the Redbox. I remember getting those $1 dvd rental coupons from them. Wow Dunkin’ Donuts is moving pretty fast. Can’t wait for that. It’s a pretty awesome really. They have a new $6 meal deal where they will give you a breakfast sandwich, tater tots(oops I mean hash browns lol) and medium coffee. Not to shabby for todays prices. Awesome you voted early 👍 I need to go soon. I find your videos to be very entertaining and informative because I’m learning new things from the area like the Dunkin’ Donuts and also I get to laugh at all your corny jokes. Hahaha just kidding, they’re not all corny 😂 haha wow that house at the end is very cute house with a cute little furbaby 😊
@@plasticpimps oh, that stink-a-rooties. I wonder if you need some type of greenhouse or tent type of thing to keep it warm? You know my wife everyday goes hunting for avocados that fall on the floor and we have been having avocados almost everyday for free haha.. there’s a neighbor to the front who’s mostly been providing them to us without his knowledge hahaha they fall on the ground and we leave a smile for him haha 😆
@@fonsecarichard He browned out around august. So I don't think it was because he was cold. Probably just not the right soil. Although I planted him with limestone and the recommended citrus fertilizer for him. Shame..Becuase I have had him growing for over 4 years. Was hoping he was gonna make it. And give me some free avocados.
@@plasticpimps free avocados are good, they taste better than the ones you have to pay for, not sure why because they seem similar 😂 Just curious, but do you know of anyone that grow avocados over there?
@@plasticpimps oh cool, be careful you don’t hurt yourself buddy. My wife’s’, dad’s, wife(my wife doesn’t like to call her step mom) had one knee replaced beginning of this year and she is so happy, walking more and stuff. Not sure if that’s something that you’re Interested in or if can even help, just trying to give you something to think about. The bad thing is that she did have to go thru hell for a few months after the surgery, yikes! I do know when I climb lots of stairs mine start to hurt a little, getting younger sure is Great huh? Hehehehe
@@fonsecarichard My knees are toast. I did some gnarly skateboarding for a long time. I use to ollie a lot of stairs in my day. All day every day. But I'm not interested in surgery. My mom had that surgery and also had the rough few months. But she is happy she did it too.
@@plasticpimps oh dang! Well At least you used your knees in a lot cooler ways than most! also if it gets worse, you could probably get a knarly cool battery scooter for free. Throw some subs on that sucker and you’d be rolling! 😂
Ok I have to admit, I saw plastic pimps posted new video, I clicked expecting a new Halloween light show. Welp Atleast you did upload a monster of some sort so I can’t be mad at cha! Hahahaha still, This was just a little out of left field… in a good way! Hahahahahahaha
@@plasticpimps lol man that’s an awesome idea! I can probably do a few videos within that trip. I could go using public transportation and record it haha. When I go I usually stay at a camping ground about 30-45 mins away because the hotels are crazy expensive. The camping ground is only about $38 lol. Last time I did that was a couple years ago when my car was still dependable lol. Now I would need to go using public transportation or rent a car. When I was younger back in the 90’s, I used to go with some friends and stay at this hostel type of thing where there was a main area for the bathroom, no bathrooms in the room. It didn’t matter to us because we were young dudes hehe it was like 15 mins away from keywest and only cost $19.99 lol. They tore that place down so no more cheap stuff lol. The ideal trip would be to go using public transportation for a day trip, but that would be a VERY tiring trip haha
@@fonsecarichard Cool man. I'd love to go down there. But I don't drive anymore and TDFKaJ doesn't like to drive over bridges..So that 7 mile bridge would be a no no for her. Cool to know there is public transportation that goes from Miami to the Key West. I didn't know that.
Plastic pimps can't come to the phone right now so I will be answering your question. 😂 He says he doesn't know where that is. Also, my tablet also tried to auto correct pimps with pimples. 😂 Plastic pimples 😂
@@angelabarrera24 oh man, you have never gone there before? You’re kidding me! I had a vacant lot there and to reach it, I had to go around George’s lake, which is huge! Well not only is the lake huge and pretty, but the area is beautiful! Specifically the area on the west side of the lake, the road you first go on is beautiful. Mr pimps would love it because the trees are big and beautiful, oh what a treat it will be for him. It’s very close to you guys. I just looked it up and the street I’m talking about is called, Coral farms rd, SR 100 connects to it. It’s beautiful, reminds me of the countryside of North Carolina or some very nice countryside.
@@fonsecarichard I have never been to George's lake. I know Florahome but never been down to many backroads there. Sounds like something I would like to see. is the road paved?
Nah..It'll probably be another year or so before it opens. lol My laptop battery is crapin' out on me so I'll have to answer your other questions on the other video later.
I don’t know if you noticed because you said that the football players looked small which they did, but once you used your super zoom they got big. Just wanted to throw that out there. Don’t kill me for the corny joke. 😂😂😂😂
You’re killing me with Mr miyagi, he’s so cute! Was expecting to eat some Tootsies tacos with you. Dang it. That was a cool boat on the lake! Lake Ida, I think somewhere on the inner side of that lake are some nice houses. I remember seeing a new home being built from the outside when they were building it. I think it was in the late 2000-2010’s. The cool thing about it is that the lake also has like a canal branching off. It’s cool because it’s unique the way that canal is connected with the big lake. That is yet another thing i like about Interlachen. The area between lakes, appropriately described the chosen land.😁
@@angelabarrera24 haha so… if I’m understanding you correctly, it’s not really about it being a submarine shaped bread, but more of the size of the Sandwhich?
Mr. Meowgi is one of 4 siblings our elderly neighbor's cat had. But he was the only one of the 4 that really hung out here. Him and Cubby are thick as thieves.
🥰 aweeeeee! Awesome that Cubby is recovering so well. 😊 he seems back to normal hunting around in the jungle hehe. And that’s so cool you adopted his friend. I love seeing their playful friendship. ❤
Oh man you did it! Yes!!!!!! How was it? Did it taste good? Did it have a decent amount of beans? Was it filling? I don’t like to say anything negative, but it did look a little on the lighter side compared to the nachos my wife and I have had. Of course I could be wrong because cameras usually make things look fatter or skinnier than what it really is so I guess I will have to go down there myself 😂 (good excuse to eat nachos at taco smells hehe) I do love the inside of it, as soon as you walked in I heard nice music and the atmosphere looked great. Also the outdoor seating allowing you to chill out and enjoy your food is great! I haven’t seen any outdoor seating at any over here. Interlachen is great for sitting outside and chilling out with the trees. They did a great job building it, even if it did take 6 years to build it. 😂
It did seem like it took six years lol The nachos were pretty good. They give you a lot for 3 bucks. Although my fav is still just the regular tacos. Wish they would bring back the taco salad though. And we enjoyed sitting out there and eating. Watching people and cars go by is fun. :)
@@plasticpimps oh sounds good man! I will try it and sitting outside sounds great! The taco salad! Man that thing was awesome! With the crispy shell? Man that was good.
@@plasticpimps yeah, that was better than the nachos, but hey you take what you can hehe. Hey I’m back at making vids! I recorded 2 just today. The first one I think you will like it! I like it a lot. The second one is about going from Fort Lauderdale airport to downtown Miami. It’s similar to the Miami airport to downtown Miami one but catching a different train. Not sure if you’ll like that one, but I like it because the last one has helped a few people, Atleast that’s what they’ve told me in the comments. Helping people makes me feel good lol 😂
@@fonsecarichard Cool!! Will be watching for sure. I always like seeing Fort Lauderdale..I had an uncle who lived in Margate back in the day. Spent a lot of time around there too. I rang your bell so I guess I will get notified. But I never do. lol
All that land in Interlachen, but getting a building permit is nearly impossible. Putnam county issued 89 building permits for the entire year according to the latest released data. There is a reason all those lots are empty. Might be easy if you want a manufactured home that is set up by a mobile home installer, as they will take care of the permitting.
Man this is too cool! I love the 80’s and 90’s! Was this in Interlachen? I missed you saying it. Gigilo Tony! I bet the employees will be estatic to see this video now a days. Haha I think this is probably the only video(Atleast online) of historical Interlachen oh by the way, Tom is the coolest Interlachen guy(besides you of course hehe) Tom did looked scared when you asked him what were the special ingredients for the fish sandwhich. I think Tom had a man Crush with the other Tom, seleck. Ask me why? Hahaha
Yeah the Hardees was where the Domino's Pizza is today. I dunno if they would be happy to see it or not. But hopefully if they ever stumble on this video they are glad to see it. Ok I i'll ask..Why did Tom have a crush on Magnum P.I?
@@plasticpimps yes sir! He’s a real, live and direct Mustachio! Haha he sure was very cool, even did some booty shaking that was truly unexpected, but awesome!
Barry Nice property. Seems like a very relaxing area. Nice drive to downtown Interlachen, gives us a cool look 👍 Ps You sure like trees heheh 😊 And Interlachen sure is the perfect spot for that
I do like trees a little I reckon. I've been out west in the desert, and I don't like it very much. But I've heard people out west say they don't like forests cause they make them feel claustrophobic. Depends on where you're from I guess.
@@plasticpimps hmm… never knew that people who live the desert thought having too many trees makes them claustrophobic. Makes sense now that I think about it lol it’s a little weird though 😂
Thanks Mike! I'm also curious about the crew..But I have No idea. I saw Tom about 10 years ago at the CVS. I'm guessing he was in his 40's in this video? Which would make him 70 something today.
Moving from Nyc to interlanchen felt like it was a nice empty ghost town, i cant imagine what it was like over 30 years ago i love the empty vibe slow vibe of the town. simpler times
when you turned right onto Jackson Terrace I lived in the house to the right Mr. Lee lived on the left home, thank you again I can show my wife where I grew up 😘
