Dang I bet that was pretty sad seeing the take 5, take over. Lol didn’t mean to sound funny about it but 😣 I know 100% for sure most of your footage will be watched by future generations. You are in a special time over there with lots of the roads unpaved and the area being on the precipice of growth. In the short time I’ve been watching your channel I’ve already seen your area grow some. Im looking at you Taco smells and the new Duncan doonuts 😂😂😂
I think the area is gonna continue growing. I think when kids in the area today are in their 50's they will see crazy growth. Of course, they can always look back on my old videos and remember it how it was. Just wish there were old videos from the 80's for me to look back on. I did find an old VHS video I shot in Interlachen back in 92 that shows some of how the town was back in the day. Coming soon!
I've got a short form video planned for the future about a long lost arcade in Chico, CA called "Electric Fantasy". There's no internet pics or videos to prove the place existed. Luckily, my 8th grade yearbook has a photo of it, and I've scanned that in for the video. you can find pics of this arcade's tokens online, but I already have one that I kept from the 1980's. Anyway, the point is to agree with you - record and/or photograph everything. You might be the only person on earth with that material.
