A feeling of being unworthy ain’t thought I had solved… it popped up in 2017 again in a ferocious way. In the last few years my research brought me to the point I found out my ancestors in my feminine line were Jewish. And now (years later) this clears things in a very significant way. Today is a holiday in Rome, where I live, and I was left out by my loved ones. I thought about how so really did not care about holidays and celebrations…. But today it was sad, and I allowed it to be so. Then this video. Thank you!

Definately around birthdays and celebrations, my family can be on the serious side but the ancestors speak of a different legacy, which I still feel in me. Just transforming this, and fear, and suffering towards joy and beauty.
Hmmm. I tend to not celebrate my birthday either. I will be exploring this as my next level of self-reflection. I will work on alchemizing my narrative, to change the story that lives in my body, transmute my feelings, and find a way to celebrate. You planted a seed. Thank-you.

I can recall many dreams, attempting to yell, scream, shout for my life, and not being able to. The force of trying to yell and use my voice would wake my body up from the dream. I, too, was in many relationships where I was told to "shut up" and that "no one would understand you the way you are" countless times. This parallels comments from childhood that I can remember, not explicitly relating to the throat, but to self-worth, being told "why would you wear that? what are people going to think of you" but nonetheless all playing their part in suppressing my voice and the expression of myself. Thank you Shani for sharing your experiences and gifting us all the opportunity for growth into unapologetically expressing who we are as women, you are such a beautiful soul. Much love!

@@shani.benaroya Honestly, I can't say I felt a shift, per se, but I did feel what I would describe as an electrical wave course over my skin, especially noticeable on the left side of my neck, from my ear to below the collar bone. All the hairs on my body stood up as this wave reached my feet. So yes, I did have a visceral reaction, but I hadn't thought to describe it as a shift within, not yet anyway... I'd like to add, and perhaps I'll email you with a few details, but I recently discovered that not only have broken the generational pattern seen from my myself, my mother, and my grandmother, but I just learned/remembered/received divine download information regarding the name and experiences of my great-grandmother, including her immigrating to America as a German from Russia. I realized too, that my middle name was given as remembrance to her name, as well learning that her surname is significant in terms of its meaning and the representation of that meaning being profoundly significant in describing what I've held dear to my heart (without intellectually knowing the connection existed) throughout my awakening to self and return to my divine femininity 🤍✨ I recently was gifted the chance to experience a taste of your work as part of a different, but aligned, container (just over 2 weeks ago) and I am still integrating my experience to put into words what has shifted within. What I can say now is the experience was profoundly beneficial, and has expanded my ability to receive - to receive the divine light and to receive love, including a greater capacity for self-love and forgiveness and release of the energetic attachments I've carried from my ancestors with greater compassion and love. Thank you, Shani. Thank you for this experience. And thank you for your generous commitment of yourself - your time and energy - to giving to others. I've recently come across a few gems 💎 in my life - and YOU are one of them - that have resonated so deeply within.
