Lessons learnt from my first sweat lodge experience
1. Facing your fears is your biggest expander and liberator!
2. It takes courage to live a liberated life!
3. Always place energetic protection on you before entering a space with lots of people purging and journeying- especially if you’re highly sensitive, or an oracle/psychic like me!
4. Forgive forgive forgive… it’s more medicine for your liberation
5. Your birthscript (the time of your conception to the time in the womb to your birth) has such a HUGE impact on your patterns of behavior! Learn about it, journey with it and breathe it out to rewrite the script! (Dm me if you want to find out more!)
6. You can do anything you want to when you let yourself surrender to the journey
7. Take time to integrate After any journey or ceremony (ceremony hopping is the same as a bar crawl! We all know where that ends up!) 😂
It’s time to burn all the fear DOWN and be your most audacious, authentic, liberated self!
This is YOUR time!

No more deliberating
