Try it with cold water.. it may just take longer. But to answer your question if u put hot water on a curly wig it will alter them.

I would use this same color because it is gray I try a darker mix than the one I did and letting it sit. Please always try a strand

I would try a very very light purple and water mix and always test with a napkin because it will definitely go purple it is not like hair toner

You don't want to mix brown with purple ...you have to add blue to purple

If it’s curly I recommend NO hot water at all just leave it for longer. Good luck!

The purple will turn it actually purple it is not real human hair with red/orange undertones it is simply yellow with no undertones it will take the color you are actually putting on. If you don’t mind purple it’s better than yellow

I saw purple videos so I try it, my hair came out pinky ting I was only adding a small amount then tried more, ahhhh, I still can't get out the yellow-orange color.

Yes some don’t understand that synthetic wigs have no red or orange undertones like human hair naturally does and it doesn’t need purple at all just to dull the yellow to an ashy tone. Please always be careful starting with a light mix
