Noelle and Kelly met in a yarn store and the rest is history. Join us for a multi-crafting but mostly knitting podcast but we also share our crochet, weaving, spinning, sewing, cooking and other crafts.
I missed you by an hour that’s OK. I watched it and I’m gonna have to go back and rewatch and take some notes cause I’m wanting to Knit one thing for each one of you. I mean being a new knitter I’m slow but I love them thank you so much for being you.
Sorry I missed you both tonight, I got the alert yet, I was running from Louisiana, from a hurricane, to Alabama. Thank you both for addressing our questions and issues, y’all are wonderful ladies. Love you’ll knowledge and fine personalities. My hair is styled just as Noelle’s tonight ha ha . That was so cute we done it exactly the same. Glad you’re safely home Kelly and hope you had a marvelous time. Noelle, I truly am happy for you to be leaving for Greece. 🩵💙🤍. As usual beautiful sweaters and projects.
Kelly, carefully watch your gauge on the buffalo hat since the colorwork tends to make the hat smaller. Several friends have knit Nancy’s wonderful patterns and have needed to modify the pattern to add extra stitches between the motifs.
Oh my gosh, your granddaughter is so precious! She is going to be a great knitter! I can’t get my granddaughters interested, I wonder if the looms will work for them.
When you make the heel, do you cut open the heel and then pick up the stitches? Or is there a different way to do this , without cutting the stitches. I have written down your writing. I found this show so interesting. ❤️🧶
Kelly, I'm enjoying your travel pics.😊 I'm travelling thru Germany at the moment, then Croatia, Spain, Portugal, England and the we head to Canada on our way home to new Zealand
I knew I’d get help with my stretched cardigan! It weighs 600 grams, off-white. I thought I was being really careful draining the water, but I’ll try again, maybe just spraying it damp. I’ll try putting the swatch in the dryer. But thanks to you all for the helpful comments. And thanks for sharing so much joy!
I will try to help you as I asked the same question. I’m on Ravelry. If you put your socks on that platform, then you can press the link knit and pieces has and join them. When you’ve joined them, then you can go back to Ravelry and share with group your socks project. It’s easy after all that. It seems difficult but it’s not. Just get on Ravelry and add your project, then, join this group and after it’s just one click to put it in on their page. Hope that helps you and others. Have a great week.
So fun to see what you two are up to. Kelly, I'm so glad to hear you made it to Wyoming Yarn and Fiber. Karista is a stand-up person who really loves everything Fiber.
You gals are great! I Love your podcast and look forward to every episode. I've learned so much from both of you. You're beautiful knitters and so prolific. :)
I carry both of the stablizers in the store (Janknit's Studio) one is called Aqua Magic and the other that has a self-adhesive on the back is called Aqua Magic Plus to be used for embroidery
Thank you for your entertaining podcast that I have just watched after a very busy day. Looking forward to seeing what you have been busy doing next week. Take care and keep safe.
I lost at yarn chicken by 17 stitches a couple of days ago. I couldn't get the same yarn, but I've managed to find an almost exact match. So I doubt anyone will ever know. It's colourwork. So it will blend in.
I love watching, usually not live. I have a question and hoping for guidance. I just finished knitting Cassis by Thea Colman , using Blue Sky Fibers Woolfok Worsted. I checked gauge and was doing fine. And when I blocked it, I was so careful not to stretch it. But it stretched and it’s way too big. Any suggestions for trying to shrink it? Thanks and thanks for all the fun and info you share.
Another informative episode. Beautiful sweaters Noelle! Kelly hope you continue to have fun and can't wait to hear more about your adventures in th U.S. I've been up to Yellowstone & Grand Tetons ( or the breast mountain range! 😊) and it's beautiful up there. (I live in the desert SW) Never made it up to Badlands. Dignity statue is beautiful! 🩵🩵🩵
Love the frogs so much. I definitely want to get some of those tiny shoes. Thanks for another great video. I appreciate that you work so hard to give us a weekly episode. So much inspiration. 😊
Thank you Kelly and Noelle! Really enjoyed seeing all your lovely projects and holiday snaps! I actually caught the "live" this week for about one minute …. sigh …. then duty called …. 🤨 One day …… 😁 Watching your podcast (even if it IS after the event) is my "respite" time and I look forward to it so much … so glad I found you channel. Hugs from Darwin, Down Under … 🥰
I always enjoy your podcast, and again, added to my long list of things to knit. Today, I added the Smoked Orange Cardigan; I love cables and it just fits my jam, although ten million bobbles might make my brain hurt. I am considering using Blue Sky Woodstok. The travel photos are simply gorgeous! Thank you for sharing a part of the country that I hope to visit. When I was working, I had a beautiful picture of the Grand Teton mountains over my desk. Safe travels to both of you, and I will see you next time. Cheers!
