It could have been done with a little more Exercise and training and with LOVE. *Patience* is key to success. Not by tearing muscles apart just like that with direct force. The more exercise the more flexibility with days. Our muscles are made like that giving it little stretching everyday will make it more easier to do just like A chewing Gum. At first Chewing Gum is tight and solid slowly slowly chewing it turns flexible and easy to bend. Exactly goes with muscles Just like Gums, exercising at limited amount everyday can make a huge difference Whats with the hurry she could have done it with a bit more training too by slowly making muscles flexible. Physical Education should'nt make children CRY or directly forcing them. No matter how much experiences the teachers have it can be wrong too. Have Humanity atleast.. dont say that crying now will worth later in trainings. Its Abuse! if u just stretch it like that it will be sore and really painful Give them some time in order to do it and get flexibility. It can be done with Love and Patience not by force and anger. This is too extreme it can break their muscles and they won't be able to move their legs again this is not the the right way of doing splits to beginners they have to get special warm ups for that and "Listen this carefully" Do ur "half"middlesplits and keep ur body back and try and try it again it will come together "Hope this made ur day" 😊 Have a nice and good day everyone And can u pin me plsss
C'est horrible. De la torture. Certaines personnes ne pourront jamais faire de "grand écart " à cause de leur articulation coxo-femoral (trop enfoncée, par exemple). À moins de la luxer. Pour les autres (qui n'ont pas de problèmes particuliers d'articulation ou autre ) il suffit de pratiquer avec sa propre force ou en s'aidant d'élastiques . C'est horrible de forcer le corps ainsi.
I stretch everyday and stay in a position where I feel the stretch and slight discomfort, but stay there and count to 30. I am in control and don't push myself any further to intense pain. Everyday I see a difference in my flexibility and mobility. THIS is not the way. If I can't push myself to that intensity, I can't imagine children being forced by ADULTS. And they have no control which is scary.
