Hey Noah, awesome video! I would like to know a few tips to improve my game, I’m U14, throwing 1kg, my PB is 24 metres with a standing throw, I’m now doing a spin throw which I could probably get 32 metres. Just wondering if you had any tips, Thanks :)
Try to be smooth, you're thinking a lot about technique and that is good but you really need to keep it flowing all through the throw. In your run/ flight phase, you are doing a little hop, try to stay a little lower to the ground. You really seem to like the explosion at the finish but you are hesitating, keep it smooth, keep adding and refining and work hard! Good luck on your throwing experience!
As a 15 year old with the 1k discus my son was around 180 ft. As a 15 year old with the 1.6 this season we are hoping for 155-165. Post some more vids soon man.

Yes, but it will be very difficult and frustrating, if you are starting from scratch, it will be very difficult, but with the right focus, it will come.
