Try to be smooth, you're thinking a lot about technique and that is good but you really need to keep it flowing all through the throw. In your run/ flight phase, you are doing a little hop, try to stay a little lower to the ground. You really seem to like the explosion at the finish but you are hesitating, keep it smooth, keep adding and refining and work hard! Good luck on your throwing experience!
Yes, but it will be very difficult and frustrating, if you are starting from scratch, it will be very difficult, but with the right focus, it will come.
