SO! I have a house in Croatia (Owned for 10 years). I have a right to temporary residence in Croatia under EU article 50 of the European Union. If I travel to Croatia by road I pass through 5 European countries. I am normally stopped in the Austrian border and need to show my entry stamp (that is at both entry and exit) sometimes I have to show my identity at the Slovenian border depending on the direction I am travelling in. This EU generated document is an infringement of my human rights and the right to travel unhindered on the strength of my passport. It is pure mickey mouse

Flight reservations have not make any sense atall all you come think of it you don't know whether your visa will go through or not in other ways you have employer later that they are waiting for you so why reservations? This sounds silly they should think of this thanks

Hello I'm a businessman in Bangladesh. In 2023 August, I visited Greece by Business Visa. That time, Visa was issued from Italy Embassy as there were no Greece Embassy in Bangladesh. Recently I applied myself Business Visa and my family applied for tourist visa together. The application submitted New Delhi, India through VSF. But I got refusal for No 11 points. " There are reasonable doubts as to the reliability as to the authenticity of the supporting documents or as to the velocity of their content. " New Delhi Greece Embassy called my supplier in Greece, and they verified all information. I have submitted confirmed return tickets and hotel bookings also. What could be the reason for refusal. I want to resubmit the application again without my family. What documents can erase their doubts?
Nah, you're not approved until proven rejected... It's the other way around, they accuse you of planning on working abroad illegally even if you've provided the correct documents. "reasonable doubts as to your intention to leave the member state" my ass.
Hello… my mother applied for Schengen visa and it’s approved. It is multiple visa. They have mentioned from and last date on visa stamp as feb 22 to June 6. Unfortunately my mother cannot travel until May 20 due to personal issues . But she is ready to travel on May 21. Can she still stay for 90 days in Schengen area counting from May 21st according to 180 days rule ?
Hello Grant, on France schengen visa application form you will asked to fill in your hotel and flight reservations number. How can I fill this without doing the reservation when you are advising that reservation should be done on 2 or 3 days to visa appointment date?
I had one year multiple Schegen visa (Issue 22 July 2023 to 29 June 2024) I already visited Switzerland for 85 days in my first visit of 180 days. Since it mention duration of 90 stays in sticker visa. Is it possible to visit again Switzerland in second half of year for another 90 days. I don't understand 90/ 180 concept
