When you are appealing, do you need to send another bank statement, book new flight itinerary if the date on the previous one is passed and do another medical test in addition to the appeal letter or you just send the appeal letter?? Would be glad if you reply please

Good day Mark. I received a visa for France in March of 2022. I received a one month multi entry. So I applied back last week at the French office here in Atlanta. Because I plan to travel to France gir Mothers day a d then Greece a week later for my Anniversary. Well they rejected and said apply to Greece. Help me because I don't understand why they rejected. I did all the paper work correctly
