We loved the Edith Falls stop over, were there a couple of weeks ago, the footage is perfect but like most places it’s hard to describe the feeling when you see it yourself. Got up early and did the longer sweet water walk that was ok but the shorter top water spot was special, lots of fish and turtles to be sighted on the bottom falls❤
Desmond here yes i will enjoy the temperature we have a cold winter in new zealand cannot wait to try the barramudi a cold beer a croc burger and hot chips and we will be drinking a nice wine with our dinner try the fish and hot chips at the pub have a nice wine at the hotell with a lovely dinner which is a nice touch i am sure you agree with me katie happy trails katie
Can you please get a new microphone for your GoPro. The sound quality on your videos has been poor for quite a while now, and I watch a lot of You Tube and unfortunately it’s just your videos that don’t sound right. Some segments are ok but others not so much. Love the content though.
Thank you for letting us know - it certainly seems to be fine here on our playback (phone/laptop/tv) and are checking on a few other tvs through friends and family now and will get a good view across all tomorrow 😊 it would be amazing if you could be very specific about the time code of the audio issue please - we use 5 different cameras but I may be able to pin point if it’s bad in certain time codes for you and then ascertain the camera/mic used and eliminate that 🙌
I have to agree im sorry, the first 14 mins all sounded muffled, or as if you turned the mid level and bass audio off. The music overlays were ok, just your voice recording was ordinary. The video and content however are second to none. Safe travels🤙

There's zucchinis & then there's ZUCCHINIS!!! Thats how I like to cook them. We also grate them, put em on a tea towel & wring the moisture out & mix with feta, diced onion, grated carrot and corn, and make fritters on the barbeque. Or you can add whatever you want. Desmond here katie on my mobile phone its saying 28 in darwin 29 degrees and 55 percent humidity its starting to get hot i will need to wear lighter shirts and short jeans and a fly hat possablity and suntan lotion and course take my tablets and i will be fiine❤
Desmond here good morning Paul Katie jasper yes Katie I am buzzing having lots of sleep thou waking up at 3pm the tour still on they do not how many are on the bus we will not know untill I arrive top secret every thing is update I have covered all the bases enough money in the bank my neighbour going to wash my car I am going to do the lawns on Sunday we are going to get rain next week and fog it's 15 degrees in Auckland keep hearing it's 34 degrees in Alice springs and Katherine we are going to Katherine and the gorge and visiting the waterfalls I am pretty sure we are going to see the Edith waterfall yes I have been warned about the Crocs by many people we are doing a croc cruise getting a lot of support from my friends and neighbours Katie I would like to ask you I am getting a board game my gardener has a 11 year old daughter she loves board games can you recommend any board games also I am getting a trival pursuit game for adults they do have half and half ie kids and adults so I am going to organise a group to play the game my neighbour and the gardener and her partner to come over after my trip I believe there is a toy world in Darwin have been there Katie I get a 10 percent discount I love mango juice I do not know what you were eating I have never heard of i am focus on the optional tours I have never be in a helicopter or a air balloon flight I am very much looking forward to that and many other things Katie what's the humidity like have you be in a helicopter Katie or has your husband Paul be in one can you believe it has come up so quick the things to remember wear a hat suntan lotion eat and drink be croc wise enjoy the scenery and take my me idication which I will do we rotate our seats on the bus so we all can see the beautiful scenery I was wondering what bikini fruit was I thought it was cucumber Katie the Aussie money is it 5 10 50 100 notes
Hi. Have you ever been told you need a permit to film and show Uluru on your RU-vid videos due to the size of your audience? I follow another Canadian RU-vid channel who very recently visited Uluru and they were told this and blurred out the video of the rock. I’ve never heard of this permit. Wondering what you think.
Hello 😊 they may be talking about a commercial permit. Quite often iconic landscapes or landmarks have this in place of filming that is being done for directly commercial gain. Safe travels 🇦🇺💙
Desmond here well Katie it's the 5 th of august is caming up very fast I am picking up the Aussie money on Friday the 2nd I hand over$2,779 which will get me 2,500 Aussie which will cover the optional tours it will be first time in a helicopter and air balloon so everything is falling into place the cleaning team is caming on Thursday the lady is going to iron my clothes I pick up the flight tickets and money next friday
Mataranka is one place I really want to visit. Dad was stationed there for a time in WW2 and had amazing stories. Although we are heading nth west in Aug. Thank you for your awesome episode once again.

Desmond here Katie how are you all well good news katie the couple I have employed to do clean up my garden of weeds are doing and outstanding job my garden looks amazing they are very nice people they are great co my doctor says how are you going to be on the plane I reply I will be fine calm and relax this trip is I have be looking forward to as you know for a long time as you have mention before I just need to relax and enjoy the ride which I will the garden was just getting to hard for me a few months a go I tried to dig a scrub out my neighbour saw me he got the scrub out for me. I got this beautiful wool cardigan I brought in Canada I am going to wear it on cold nights in Australia and the wonderful japanese lady who is going to iron my clothes and her team going to clean my unit of course pay them there are certainly wonderful people in the you this world no washing don/t need to do the dishes don/t need to make meals for 2 weeks as someone said to me you go on holiday to relax meeting new people the peace and quiet of the outback the wildlife the sunrises and sunsets away from television and the rat race and the inspiration you gave me Katie and your husband and course jasper

Hi Guys, great to see new places to stay - Athelle Outback hideaway farm stay looks great. On our trip back in 2022 we had intended to stay at Karlu Karlu, but being in a tent, the camp ground is not very tent friendly, so continued onto Ti Tree Roadhouse.. Now that we have a caravan, we can stay at places like Karlu Karlu. The colours of the outback are just amazing - red dirt, blue skies - just brilliant.
New to finding your channel and watching videos not necessarily in order In this one, around the 14-15min mark you show your outdoor cinema on the the back of the van. Great for when you’re on your own/remote but don’t you think it’s could be annoying and inconsiderate to those around you who maybe really just want to enjoy the peace and tranquility of the outdoors ? How do you manage noise, is there some sort of unspoken rule in terms of being able to enjoy yourself but also respecting that maybe not everyone is as enthusiastic about sport or a movie as you are ?
Welcome and great question! We have the ability (through Apple TV) to wireless Bluetooth to headphones which works a treat for any time that we are close to other campers and want to protect their environment also 🙌💙😊 if it’s a kids movie and we have an early timeslot we generally invite the other families to join - the speaker we have is also very good in that it provides crystal clear sound so not really necessary to blast the audio - safe travels and enjoy 🇦🇺🏕️💙
After staying at Yulara for 5 days sick as dogs with the flu and malnourished from not feeling like eating we travelled on towards Alice Springs once we were well enough and stopped at Stuart’s Well Roadhouse to get some lunch. Let me tell you that steak sandwich was the MOST DELICIOUS steak sandwich I’ve ever had in my life! I immediately felt like my health was restored. The chips and THAT GRAVY…mmmmm yummo! Best gravy ever. We dream of that meal, best recovery meal we ever had! Lovely staff too! That was in 2022, I sure hope it’s still the same, and f do I highly recommend stopping there for lunch, there’s also a caravan park there.
