Good Morning! In a 12-liter you can work per single distillate as follows: 2/2.5 kg of resin and 7/8kg/liter of H2O (also depends to the quality and moisture content of the starting resin). Please note that this product you see in the video is used for laboratory purpose. We are selling this machine in the size of 65/125/250 liters. We also provide our clients with the recipe and timing with which to handle the different ingredients for optimal distillation and yield. As a side note, Aromatic Water is not what your were separating the essential oil from. Aromatic Water is actually when you mix together distilled water with essential oil and an emulsifier. What your get through distillation is called a Hydrosol or Hydrolat. Floral Water is a diluted version of Hydrosol. People often incorrectly use these terms interchangeably

I put my Mandarin peels in a blender and shred them to fine pieces before I put them in my distillery. The oil yield is much higher and goes a lot faster. A nightmare to clean though.

Buongiorno, gli estrattori non sono dotati di indicatore per contrassegnare livello corrente di acqua: quello che possiamo affermare è che con gli estrattori della linea SPRING non è possibile protrarre il processo di distillazione alla ora e mezza/2 ore di lavoro (poichè a tale termine l'acqua sarà terminata). Invece, con gli estrattori della LINEA PLUS è possibile aumentare il tempo di distillazione arrivando fino a 4 ore (essendoci il ricircolo dell'acqua).
