Comparing it to the snippersling .5, cual esta softer? I tore a ligament a couple years back. I can shoot snippersling .5 and no pain, but with .6 me duele mi thumb the next day. Salu2

hey 👋 Mr. Bear thanks for the comment, yes it would help with consistency, since it helps with placing the ammo dead center on the pouch. however for the original tubes I would say the ammo has to be 1/2 inch steel for best accuracy. the resistance on them is just to much for the recommended 3/8 ammo. thanks for stopping by and commenting 🙂✌️
@@jsnipe9111 hey thanks for the comment, I’m assuming your referring to band slap. Basically when the band returns and hits your hand after releasing your shot. If this is the case your bands are not matched to your ammo. Heavy bands and light ammo will give you really bad hand slap. Now if it’s the ammo hitting your hand when you release, that will be your release. This frame is 85mm wide I would practice with a much bigger frame 90mm to 100mm, don’t worry about accuracy and focus on that smooth release first I first started shooting with a slingshot that was 104mm outer width and then gravitated more towards smaller frames. Hey Mike thanks for stopping by, yes the product is fairly new, my local Walmart is always stocking up on them, however not all Walmart have them. Another Walmart just a few miles away has none on the shelves. Thanks for the comment ✌️🙂
To use the sights you have to have the clamps facing you. That relies on the thread of the screws not failing and the clamp plates flying back into your face. Much safer to shoot with the screws facing you and not using the sights which is how most experts do it anyway.
Hey smudger appreciate the comment, yes the images show the clamp facing the shooter with the sights installed, I much rather use the corner of my frame as a reference point. This attachment method id definitely not the safest. I like the clamps from wasp or simpleshot. Thanks again for stopping by and commenting 👍🙂✌️
I’m going to get it today and take off that grip then (and it’s a great idea, one of a kind, unique idea) I’ll then (I think you’ll truly appreciate this, if you did this, it would make this slingshot a very nice, pocketable and practical tool) get myself some..(make sure that where you get what I’m about to describe from a quality source because when you get something in life, you should always get the best version available) paracord is what it is, (wonderful stuff. It can save your life in countless ways in a survival situation) well you take the paracord (very firmly, keeping it tight at all times because you want this to last and be very uniform) and then you wrap it along the handle enough (and make sure you do it enough so that you have a nice grip) to fit it into your hand’s grip comfortably in the aiming position.
What a great idea, the plastic grip is very bulky and somewhat large for people that hold way up in the forks like I do. Love the paracord idea. Might give that a go. Thanks for the comment, appreciate it lucky ✌️🙂
Good video. I bought two of these and on both of them the tube detached from the pouch. Now I'm trying to figure out how to get the replacement tube fed through the hole. Any ideas?
Hey Chris thanks for the comment, the way I replaced my tube was with some micro paracord. I looped the cord passed it through the hole, placed the rubber looped tube tip in the string loop and pulled. It does take a good pull rubber is quite thick Thanks for stopping by appreciate it 🙂✌️
