These seats completely transform the interior of the Rav4. I'll have to get a set of these. The stock seats just make the car look much cheaper than it is, so I can't wait to see what these look like in mine.
It was very re-assuring to look through the FAQ section on Clazzio's website and seeing a demo video of detonating an seat airbag that had a Clazzio cover over it. When they say the stitching is designed to unravel with the strength of the airbag release they mean it. Really appreciate a company being that thorough and transparent about safety.
Your console looks black yet the seats look dark gray. I see you have them listed as black. I looked on Clazzios site and have a real hard time telling black and dark grey by the pictures on their site. Is it just the lighting in your video because your seats don't look black. I have a 2024 RAV 4 XLE and the arm rest on the front center console is black as a reference just like yours. I was thinking of getting the dark grey but don't know how that would compare to what you are showing on your video.
That is some real Nice Work you did there. You should be proud of yourself for this. Me? I am way to lazy and I do not 'Bend Well' due to age. So for me I simply bought the Limited where I have most of these Mods to begin with. LOL I do like the Hatch Back Lights though. I need to some how get those installed on my RAV4. All in All you did a Fine Job these. I Tip My Hat to you Sir.
Where do you grab power for all your light mods?. I'm looking to add some drl accent lights, gonna get power from fuse box under hood with an add a fuse.
I definitely never regretted choosing the "cheapest" PVC. They look + feel like any other "leather" seats of other mainstream vehicles, and they're durable & easy to clean.
Thanks for this video, I just brought a used 2021 RAV4 XLE, I love the drive feel and the way it looks but I hate the fact that Toyota doesn't allow automatic renote start unless you have the audio plus option (its really dumb man).
I’m looking for a video also . I have a 2024 rav4 and the backseat is the only thing I have left I’m having trouble with the seatbelt it says to remove the bolt to slide the seatbelt through but I can’t get the bolt loose
I didn't make an install video, but I just followed the instructions supplied with the light kit. They are simply "plug+play" into the rear cargo light, so installation is a breeze. The only hassle is snaking the wiring through the rubber hose at the top of the hatch where all the tail light/wiper/electrical wiring is ran from hatch to body. Many install videos on RU-vid if you need visual reference, but it's definitely one of the easier "mods" that's very worth doing.
Looks really nice man. I'm in the market for a RAV4 looking at a 2024 XLE Premium. I am weighing out getting a more stock XLE and adding my own aftermarket accessories (clazzios, roofrack, mudguards etc...).
I mean if you can swing it, I say go for the "XLE Premium" since its already got everything you want. Though I will say, the plain ol' standard XLE definitely has enough technology & comforts to still be really nice to live with daily. I happened to buy when there was a 'new vehicle shortage' and there was no inventory on RAV4s (and most dealers were being insane w/ markups.) So I put in a order/request for a "White AWD" and just took the first one to arrive from factory; I would have taken any trim from an LE to a Limited. I personally don't mind modifying vehicles, anyway. _But_ it is certainly much easier to just buy a higher trim and not have to do any work, lol.
And how about the AWD? Do you like it in the Rav? I had a Subaru Outback back in 2016 but don't remember if it really made a difference as I don't really drive on varied terrain.
The bars are 50" and the Wind Fairing is 44". I'll link you the exact website & crossbar setup I purchased, from the Austin Rack Shop. Wind fairing was bought off Amazon separately. therackshop.com/2019-2023-toyota-rav4-w-flush-rails-rhino-rack-rch-vortex-complete-roof-rack-w-locks/
The style of LED lights I used are solid/stiff plastic strips (tubes). So you can wrap zip-ties around them. Under the front seats (regardless of OEM cloth/leather, or the Clazzio covers) the material comes down from the seat-backs where the "map pockets" are, and wraps/flaps under the seat, and attaches to hooks on the seat frame. You just unhook the material, poke a few holes in the material, and zip-tie the LED light strips/tubes in place. Then just re-attach the seating material to the hooks under the seats, and now the lights are secure, and hidden up under the seat. *FYI: You can search RU-vid for videos on how to unhook the seat material from under the front seats.* Cause I feel my explanation might be hard to follow.
Thank you for this ! I’ve been looking to get a sunroof on mine as well this is an old. I’m from NJ I know you mentioned a shop you used to send them too. Would you happen to share that ?
Hey man I’m seeing this in 2023 and you have a very nice build but I was wondering how you mounted those front lights on the bumper I’m looking to do the same just don’t know how, thanks in advance
