That is some real Nice Work you did there. You should be proud of yourself for this. Me? I am way to lazy and I do not 'Bend Well' due to age. So for me I simply bought the Limited where I have most of these Mods to begin with. LOL I do like the Hatch Back Lights though. I need to some how get those installed on my RAV4. All in All you did a Fine Job these. I Tip My Hat to you Sir.

Thanks for this video, I just brought a used 2021 RAV4 XLE, I love the drive feel and the way it looks but I hate the fact that Toyota doesn't allow automatic renote start unless you have the audio plus option (its really dumb man).

Looks really nice man. I'm in the market for a RAV4 looking at a 2024 XLE Premium. I am weighing out getting a more stock XLE and adding my own aftermarket accessories (clazzios, roofrack, mudguards etc...).

I mean if you can swing it, I say go for the "XLE Premium" since its already got everything you want. Though I will say, the plain ol' standard XLE definitely has enough technology & comforts to still be really nice to live with daily. I happened to buy when there was a 'new vehicle shortage' and there was no inventory on RAV4s (and most dealers were being insane w/ markups.) So I put in a order/request for a "White AWD" and just took the first one to arrive from factory; I would have taken any trim from an LE to a Limited. I personally don't mind modifying vehicles, anyway. _But_ it is certainly much easier to just buy a higher trim and not have to do any work, lol.

And how about the AWD? Do you like it in the Rav? I had a Subaru Outback back in 2016 but don't remember if it really made a difference as I don't really drive on varied terrain.

I didn't make an install video, but I just followed the instructions supplied with the light kit. They are simply "plug+play" into the rear cargo light, so installation is a breeze. The only hassle is snaking the wiring through the rubber hose at the top of the hatch where all the tail light/wiper/electrical wiring is ran from hatch to body. Many install videos on RU-vid if you need visual reference, but it's definitely one of the easier "mods" that's very worth doing.

Thanks. The gas MPG really, *really* varies with the KO2's depending on how I drive, but regardless, it went down _A LOT_ compared to stock. So if you care about gas mileage, these are not the tires to choose. I'd easily get or exceed the EPA rated figures when I was on stock tires. I went from 30+MPG average to 24MPG. Driving aggressively has a bigger impact, and I'd say highway driving took the brunt of the MPG loss compared to stock.

Just curious about the three stripes in the front grill? Had a rental that had them but the dealership in my area looked at me like I was crazy when I talked about about them. What do the three stripes mean?

They’re just Toyota Heritage stripes. The backstory is a man named Ivan “Ironman” Stewart raced off-road trucks for Toyota’s Factory Race Team in the ‘80s, and these were his colors. So Toyota would put the same color stripes as Ivan Stewarts race truck on many of their regular “civilian”/consumer pickup trucks & 4runners throughout the ‘80s/90s. So the grille badges are just a nod to old-school Toyota.

Wonderful work done on mods.....i have a question regarding seat covers Cuz i always luved these but dealership said no!...i m very sure u have seat airbags....wouldn't these covers be a safty issue God forbid incase of accident.

They’re actually designed for use with the side/seat airbags. When you’re installing them you can see how the area of the seat covers where your airbags would be located are made with different material & stitching, that is able to easily break/rip so it doesn’t interfere with airbags. They actually have a video demonstration if you search “Clazzio Seat AirBag” on Google or RU-vid.

Thanks! No lift, it’s fully stock and no rubbing, either. I also had these tires on the stock/OEM wheels, and had zero rubbing issues with the OEM wheel offset as well, so I think these tires fit fine on the RAV in general.

do you have links for the carbon fibre cover for the window switch area? I haven't seen a single vendor that sells ones with cutouts for the locks on the passenger side window switches.

I definitely never regretted choosing the "cheapest" PVC. They look + feel like any other "leather" seats of other mainstream vehicles, and they're durable & easy to clean.

What trim is that I just bought a 23 LE and l was wondering about any issues with the 245/65r17 tires?

Mines an XLE. So it’s got all the same suspension & brakes and everything as an LE, you should have no issue with 245/65R17 tires. The only thing I’m going to do differently is get a quieter, lighter, smoother riding All-Terrain tire when my current BFG KO2s wear out. Mine are LT245/65, so they’re “Light Truck” tires, and they’re heavy, loud, and ride kinda rough. But no issues with rubbing or anything, the size works well on RAV4.

@@parlimentjenkinsiii6658 yes to the alignment, no to the TPMS. I’ve used these sensors in the OEM/stock wheels, stock tires, then with larger tires on the stock wheels, _and then_ I moved the sensors into these new wheels, and through all that, the sensors have always just calibrated themselves and never gave me any issues.
