Share your mayonnaise chef's tip 👩🏾‍🍳🔌 : mix mayonnaise into your ____ for a flavour boost! Full recipe 👇🏾 Serves: 4 Hands-on time: 10 minutes Hands-off time: 20 minutes INGREDIENTS 4 bell peppers, halved and deseeded ¾ cup Excella Tangy Mayonnaise, plus extra for serving 1 cup leftover rice, cooked 2 cups leftover beef mince, cooked and seasoned 2½ cups grated cheddar cheese Serving suggestion: Parsley Small green salad METHOD 1. Preheat the oven to 180°C on fan-assist with the grill setting turned on. 2. Place the bell pepper halves in a large baking dish, hollow side up, and set aside until needed. 3. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, add the leftover rice, beef mince, 1 cup of cheese and mayonnaise and mix until well combined. *Chef’s Tip: Substitute the beef mince with any protein! 4. Fill the bell pepper halves with the creamy filling and top each pepper with grated cheddar cheese. 5. Bake for 20 minutes until the peppers are cooked and the cheese is golden brown and melted. *Chef’s Tip: Alternatively, cook the peppers on the braai! 6. Garnish the stuffed peppers with freshly chopped parsley and serve with a fresh seasonal salad, a side of mayo and ENJOY!

3 INGREDIENT YOGHURT JELLY FRIDGE TART 🍓 A light, summery and easy-to-make dessert or teatime treat - YUM!! 3 Ingredient Yoghurt Jelly Fridge Tart Makes 1 large tart Ingredients For the Yoghurt Jelly Tart 1 pack (200g) lemon creams 1 kg Parmalat Medium Fat Strawberry Yoghurt 2 packs (80 g each) strawberry jelly Serving suggestion 250ml Parmalat Fresh cream, stiffly whipped Fresh strawberries Method: For the Yoghurt Jelly Tart 1. Add the lemon creams into a large resealable bag and crush using a rolling pin. 2. Add this crumb into a heat-proof bowl and microwave for 30 - 45 seconds. Mix the crumbs together and add the crushed biscuit crumb to a greased baking dish. With the back of a spoon, press the crumb down onto the base of the dish firmly to create your crust. 3. Rest in the fridge until needed. 4. In a large bowl, add the jelly powder along with 350 ml of boiling water. Stir until completely dissolved. Add 350 ml of cold water, stir and allow to cool completely. Add ¾ of the jelly to the yoghurt and whisk together until the ingredients are well 5. combined. Keep the left over ¼ jelly covered & at room temperature to ensure it doesn’t set. 6. Allow the yoghurt-jelly mixture to rest in the fridge for +/- 1 hour until a custard-like consistency is achieved. 7. Pour onto the biscuit base and place in the fridge to set, 4 hours. 8. When firm enough, pour the remaining jelly over the yogurt base and place back in the fridge, overnight for best result. (If your remaining jelly has started to set slightly, heat very gently in the microwave until liquid again.) To Serve 1. Whip the cream in a bowl until thick and place in a piping bag. 2. Slice the tart into generous portions. 3. Spoon the whipped cream into a piping bag. 4. Pipe cream swirls onto slice/s of the jelly tart and finish off with a fresh strawberry 5. Serve and ENJOY!! What’s your secret to starting a fulfilling day? 😍 Makes: 8 Hands-on time: 15 minutes Hands-off time: 35 minutes INGREDIENTS 2 cups cake flour ½ cup granulated white sugar 2 tsp baking powder 113g butter, chilled 1 cup Cappy Orange 100% Fruit Juice Blend Still, chilled 1 large egg 1 cup icing sugar Serving suggestion: Orange marmalade Whipped cream Glasses of Cappy juice METHOD 1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC and line a baking tray with baking paper. 2. In a large bowl, add the flour, granulated sugar & baking powder and whisk until combined. Grate the cold butter into the dry ingredients and use your hands to lightly mix the ingredients to resemble wet sand. *Chef’s Tip: Cold butter is easy to grate and ensures the scones have a tender crumb!! 3. In a separate mixing bowl, add ½ cup of Cappy Orange 100% Fruit Juice Blend Still and the egg and whisk until combined. 4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry and gently mix into a rough dough, ensuring to handle the dough as little as possible. 5. Transfer the dough to a lightly floured counter and shape into a 20cm disk. Use a knife to cut the dough into 8 triangles and place them spaced out on the prepared baking tray. 6. Set aside 3 tablespoons of Cappy. Use the remaining Cappy to brush the scones then cover the baking tray with foil, ensuring the foil does not touch the dough. 7. Bake the scones covered for 15 minutes. Remove the foil, brush the scones with more Cappy, and bake for a further 5 minutes until cooked through and golden brown. 8. Allow the scones to cool for 15 minutes while preparing the glaze. Add the icing sugar and the reserved 3 tablespoons of Cappy to a mixing bowl and whisk until a smooth and silky glaze has formed. 9. Drizzle the glaze over the scones, serve with orange marmalade, whipped cream & a glass of Cappy juice, and ENJOY!

i was so happy to try this cheesecake !!! because cheesecake is literally my favorite thing ! and i did everything and got all the right ingredients and it didn’t freeze correctly and it’s not fully frozen or refrigerated! i’m so angry right now ! never using this recipe again it tastes like yogurt and cream not cheesecake ! to everyone watching i recommend using cream cheese next time because that is what i am going to do as well

My favourite dessert is cheesecake and then all of a sudden it's my children's favourite dessert too😂😂 we can't afford the expensive ones so this video is a saver!! I've tried it. A lot of people say that the condensed milk makes it really sweet, but it doesn't, considering we use the plain full fat yoghurt. And the lemon cracker base hits it soooo good❤ thank you for the recipe 🙌
