How do you prevent the bill of the hat from hitting the back part of the machine? I’m running round logos and they keep getting warped because the bill rests on the back part and pushes on the hat.
wow never see this tek with epoxy, i need to ask you if these are epoxi paint exclusively for screenprinting or are for general purposes? looks like the epoxi automotive paints.... cheeerrrz
Did you use any epoxy thinner or any gel retarder? I had trouble using just the ade epoxy ink alone. It clogged the screen up immediately. Also, what off contact and how much pressure are you using? Thanks.

Can of compressed air is how we re-thread in the factory. Works like a charm! Just put the tip of the thread through the tube, blast it 1 second with air and its hanging out the front ready to go.
Someone near me just posted on marketplace a 6 head 9 color Barudan machine for free! No hoops or anything just the machine so i have no idea if it is even worth trying to get and selling or get running?
Hey AC! We use a light scrub brush during washout after screen exposure to help agitate the surface of the dissolved emulsion so that we can limit our water use during exposures. You'll be good to go with this technique as long as you've properly exposed your screen BEFORE getting it wet. Good luck!

We just ran these use Murakami HVP. I had to throw the screens away after. If you don't have good ventilation, I don't suggest running any Epoxy inks, they will make you sick.
No, we ended up just trashing the mesh after the run, but it's all part of the set up so that's OK. Make sure you have A LOT of ventilation if you're going to be using this type of ink. It doesn't set up as quickly as you may think in the screen, I was able to run about 100 pedals using the same batch across about thirty minutes. Good luck!
I use Kiwo cleanline on press citrus cleaner for ADE inks. It smells really bad, I wouldn't use it in a small room. I buy it from www.midwestsign.com. They sell ink and cleaners.
