Love your video💛, was wondering if I'll have a different experience if I use brown sugar instead of white sugar. Further more it seems the process takes longer for me, I first put it at low when adding the water, sugar & salt. Then medium when The water boils and adding tge groundnuts. And when it comes the water is almost evaporates its like I'm I have to steer so fast so it doesn't liquify again. And by that time the groudnuts are flying out of the pan and I'm making a mess. May I add that at the end stage, are the groundnuts supposed to be not so crunchy like mushy cause of the boiled water or still crunchy like roasted groundnuts, Am I missing something?
Pls precious i bought my fresh catfish and end up not eating it because of toooooo much oil from the fish Pls where can i buy cat fish without toooooo much oil maam?
What a coincidence! I was thinking of collard green or spinach as an alternative to bitter leaves 🍃 for "ndole" and behold you came up with this idea of using spinach in place of bitter leaves. Will give it a try. Kudos 👏
Wooow thank you for sharing ☺️☺️, this looks so delicious 🤤🤤. I’ve been thinking of doing Ndole with spinach but wasn’t sure how it’ll be. Can I also do this with fresh spinach?
@BeyondSightNetwork yes you can. Slice the spinach and add to a pot of salted boiled water. Let it sit for 2 to 5 minutes, then rinse with cold water and squeeze. Then, you can add use it in the recipe.
@adbekers1160 here you go. Here is my ndole recipe from years ago. Just swap the bitterleaf for spinach, and you can omit the shrimp 🍤 www.preciouscore.com/how-to-make-lovely-ndole/
