I cannot do too many characters in a book. At that point I just start to remembering character based on their actions/personality. Forget names, that's just too hard 😂
You HAVE to read her Paradise Series. The Winter Street series is mentioned in Hotel Nantucket and it’s such a great series but it is sad lol so approach with care lol
elin hilderbrand is amazing, i love her books- i’ve only read the hotel nantucket and winter in paradise but I loved both of them! they feel like watching a movie!!
Finally someone else who loved verity😭 was one of my first books that really got me into reading and I truly enjoyed it also one of the few books I could read in one sitting🫶🏼🫶🏼
If you’re getting into memoirs I highly recommend Patti Smith’s memoir “just kids”! I had to read it for a writing class and was surprised by how moving it was. Patti Smith writes beautifully, and it’s written almost like fiction so I found it easy to get into, especially as someone who doesn’t read memoirs. Love you bestie! 🫶
The first book was on my tbr, but immediately removed, as someone undergoing C treatment, I try to avoid that word as much as possible. So triggering for me. Absolutely love your recs and content. You're such a bright light , and tend to keep me company on the dark days. ❤ thank you for that.
I’m unsure what it says about me that the cat and mouse duet was my first introduction to dark romance (and LOVED them) and you’ve popped it as the darkest 😂😭
I haven't read the comments,so not sure if someone else suggested it already but you should read Perfect Strangers by JT Geissinger! It's so good! I loved it.
Currently reading Love of my Afterlife and I really like it so far! Her afterlife therapist is who she makes the deal with!(not a spoiler, you find this out in the first chapter). Happy Birthday!! ❤🎉
I wanted to let you know about a new and under rated author I read and her books were amazing reads. Her name is Melody Mode and her books Touch of Heaven and Touch of Sin are first 2 in a series. They are a dark romance…. I’d love to get her name out there and for more people to discover her. Book covers are beautiful.
I love how it's quite common to get J.K. Rowling and Stephanie Meyer confused even though Harry Potter and Twilight are completely different book styles. I know so many people who get those two authors confused.
