Learn about Irukanji syndrome, the mention of that nasty jellyfish gives people flashbacks. The symptoms of a sting include "feelings of doom" and women have compared it to the stress of childbirth. The toxin also blocks many painkillers so they don't prevent the restlessness or the burning or the itch, they just sedate you enough not to injure yourself. People who have been stung often beg for euthanasia and have to be tied down to wait it out.
not very many ad during the game as plays dont stop unless peneltys or trys so usualy halftime there will be ads and after a try has been scored the other
09:20, there is a form one lane sign. When the dividing line stops in the middle of the road as it does here, the merge method is each vehicle takes it's turn in natural order. What ever vehicle is partially ahead of another is the one that goes first. If the natural order sees 4 vehicles in the other lane go before you, then that's how it's done. There is no concept of 'like a zipper', which implies one to one merge, in Australia. The car driver should have braked and fallen in line behind the truck. If the dividing line truncates a lane then traffic in the truncated lane must give way to all traffic in the continuing lane.
It's not physocis it's more of when a new sleep deprived parent is at their wits end and this may be some of the thoughts running through the back of their mind. If they actually act on them that is different.
im not sure if its the rise of dash cams that we get to see more of this, or its been happening a long time. some mother fu ckers have no situational awareness what so ever. on top of that, people using devices when driving, i see it every day. too many inept, incompetent and impaired drivers on our roads.
The movie you are talking about is Wake in Fright. There is another one called Wolf Creek, check that one out. Yes I agree with everyone else this should be our National Anthem.
Road rules in Australia, allow semi-trailers to make a wide turn from the middle lane; all trucks have signs on the rear, which states "DO NOT OVERTAKE TURNING VEHICLE". The moment a truck has put their indicator on, to make a turn; you are required to hold back, to allow the truck to complete the turn(without interference).
@4:19 truck was in the right lane turning left. They had right of way as they had to take it wide to make it. There are signs on the back of trucks “do not overtake turning vehicles” 🤦🏻♀️ @9:29 there’s a sign that say form 1 lane you’ll see it. The silver car was being an arsehole trying not to let the truck in. Silver car was in the wrong. Yes the truck had to merge into another lane but the truck was in front. Silver car was meant to let truck in. But too much of an arsehole to let truck in.
The last guy is out in our area in rural Queensland. That particular road between Dalby and Toowoomba has quite a few overtaking lanes, all you need is a bit of patience and overtake there. It's also long and flat for a lot of it with good visibility. Zero need for stupid stunts like that.
In these vids all the trucks weren't at fault. I don't understand why people don't realise how trucks need to turn and worse, they don't bother with the Don't overtake turning vehicle signs that are on the back of all long hauls. Thank you for reviewing even more moron drivers, Mate XD
You are so right about defensive driving it seems to be a lost art. When I learned to drive I was taught to look ahead and plan ahead people now seem to randomly cross multiple lanes to make a turn because their attention was elsewhere. Lack of awareness on the roads seems to be a major problem.
3:35 these sections of freeway have plenty of signage for kilometres prior to the exit. It's a little more understandable in built up areas with multiple junctions converging. How some people don't see 30 / 40 tons of truck coming at you is beyond me
The world is corrupt man, look at the senile don trump(old man with dementia) and lost the plot. All politics suck as ya can’t trust any of them. Have a look at bert newton and patty. It’s a good too from the same era. Bert was part of the don lane show here in aus back in the 70’s and 80’s and more. Have a look mate
Wow, our truckies really have a tough job! We recently had ads on tv about truck awareness, by putting people into the driver's seat and describing what they could see, many failed to pick up the obvious obstacles! As the last guy said, they have to drive under a defined speed, time limit too! The other drivers were idiots, it's just not worth the 5 minutes saved by passing, each life is important! 🙋
Yes the truck was making a left turn from the right lane and the truck was in the right. The truck need to go wide to make the turn. DumbD-Head in the car did not look for that flashie lightie thing on the truck, but you can't do that when you an facebook on you phone
The thing that I love most about your reactions, is the intelligence, common sense, honesty and mostly compassion, that is very rare on these types of channels. Maybe that's not what sells these days, I don't know, you should have so many more subs IMO. Just want to say, I love your work. ✌❤
No idea. I think you're right about "throwing shit at the wall...I think "shit" might have been my word...but then again, it took me a while to warm up to the Pommy original so I'm not prepared to send it to the gallows on the trailer. Sequels and "re-imaginings" tend to be attempts to make jumping the shark more interesting with a few more sharks.
@@geofftottenperthcoys9944 Sure. Being woke means to be socially enlightened and aware, evolved and inclusive and multiculturally sensitive. Therefore that “woke crap” comment is ridiculously unsuitable in the context of this video reaction and commentary.
Australia has already disowned this remake 😝 Some remakes get criticised unfairly, ie Silent Hill 2 remake etc. This on the other hand deserves all the criticism it gets 🤣🤣🤣😉 Just why?
Mate, give it away, your Aus accent is worse than my Canadian, especially the ou sound. It's a history lesson. During and after the Famine, it was a question of which boat. Mine caught the long and slow to Australasia, other parts of my 8 plus families caught the fast but dangerous to the North Americas, the death ships. We had to marry into a Canadian family, Tranno (that's me trying to be imitate Jarn's accent. Brother in law John is from Toronto) but the Bostonians are OK. So,1st verse pre European, the indigenous. 2nd verse the penal colony era, at the end of their sentences, convicts were offered a trip home, the slums of Liverpool or Dublin, or a block outside Sydney (now worth $millions), guess which most chose. 3rd verse the hard years, depression, making a go of it in the outback. 4th verse, the literary, painting, literature, popular history. Final verse, the geography. All my families came during the third verse times (hurriedly adding in case anyone though we were convicts). The Commonwealth is the bond, Canada and Aus the big noises.
The true mind set of an exasperated parent trying to get the baby to sleep 😂 you should definitely listen to "dark side" (awesome version) and "thank you god" both are brilliant 👍🏻
