Hi Amy, thank you for your video, appreciate your sharing! 😊 What is your take on the LGBTQ+ community and general openness of local people? Also, would you consider it to have good vegan options both for produce shopping and dining options? Many thanks for your guidance, Julie & Carrie 💜
Reno is the best city to live in. Snow is no big deal. Casino, its up to you if you want to play all your money. Nevada has the lowest taxes that is why people are moving here. Casino is everywhere now. 😂rent! Go to california, you don’t wanna move there. 😂 omg! I just don’t know and i don’t get it! Construction is everywhere too not just reno. Geesh! Gas prices, any where and every where gas price is high. 😅 i live all my life in Reno and Reno is a better place to raise the children. Less crime here in Reno!
How did The Cup not make the cut? Bangkok Cuisine has nothing on Moodang across the street. Twisted Fork is an over-hipsterized pile; tries too hard to be trendy. Pasta Fresca is pretty good. For Mexican, Robertos or Tacos Jalisco (Moana). Miguels is complete dogshit, it's as bad as Chihuahua's. Atlantis Steakhouse is solid. Nevada Steak at Tamarack is much better now with the new chef and Best Little Steak House in mid-town is very good.
Thank you for reaching out. I have stepped away from real estate for the time being. My husband, David Tully can assist you. His email is, david@renonvpropertysearch.com Take care :)
Hi Amy great video i want to buy a condo in Reno but not fond of snow. What area of reno should i be looking at? Can you akso share info on cost of living like most current average on utilities, gasoline prices? Thank you💕
Honestly, the weather doesn't sound terrible except for the high end that I know can happen. But I'm from a place where average of winter Temps is -20 and average summer temp is 98. They can easily get a lot colder and a lot hotter.
Hi, if you want to be somewhat close to a resort, I would live in south Reno or nw Reno. If you really want to buy a condo a resort, you can, but that is extremely expensive. Hope that helps. :)
You still have cheap rent in reno in a way it just depends on the area honestly actually studios and one bedroom are still ranging from 800-1200 if you live around the downtown area or some areas of sparks is still 800-1200 dollar apts plus theres housing authority out here
@@amyburgos4491 Hi Amy, could you tell me if you have ever eaten at Hong Kong diner? My friends tell me they have excellent food, it close to the Atlantis casino. Thanks Amy!!
