My duaghter 2 months old taking time to heal with pneumonia ..doxtor saying pulmonary pressures are more ...our baby used to vomit more and had more aspiratios what ti do in this case
@@SridharKs already 3 weeks over sir in hospital...baby is in oxygen support 2-4 litres 60 percent ...they are telling lung infections takes time to heal...but conditions are still same..
My baby is severe iugr and born at 32 weeks weighing 1.1 kg. Now 2 kg He is 1 month 25 days today. Clinically he is stable now. He has been in nicu for 25 days. He is passing dark green / blackish stool (soft) since I started him on formula (pre nan). Please let me know if that is normal. I request you to share your guidance on how to care for the baby and weight gain tips. Sorry to hear that. It depends on how he is. And there is a risk of a delayed bleed as well so consider a repeat scan after a 2-3 week period if any concern. Best wishes

@@vinithcreation1370 you could increase solids and progress with that. Green color stool is not a problem, go back to breastfeeding. Just reduce the total milk intake by increasing solids

Good video sir...in video laryngoscope the only thing what we have noticed is the mist on the screen at times especially when the baby is on cpap/high flow...have u faced any issues like this sir?
Namesthe doctor Im writing from vizag My baby boy is currently 17 days old On day 3 we did bilirubin test his total bilirubin was 13.5 So immediately we have given phototherapy for 24hrs It came for 10 level so doc stopped phototherapy and got discharged Again on day 15 of live when we went for a followup doctor advised for a retest Total bilirubin was 20.0 unconjugated 18.9 conjugated 1.1 again started giving phototherapy for 24 hrs total bilirubin was 11.3 direct was 2.0 indirect 9.3 LFT was all Normal thyroid profile normal no RH compatibility, complete hemogram also normal, serum C reactive protein also normal sir. Again after 20 hrs of stopping phototherapy he is looking again bit yellowish. Im just worried wat is happening to him. His stools are yellow urine also normal color. He is exclusively breastfeed from date of birth. Im producing more than enough breastmilk. Activity is also good sir. Is it breastmilk jaundice If so Should i continue breastfeeding or should i Stop it for time period sir. Please reply sir Thankyou.
@@nireekshnajyothikosanam738 please continue breastfeeding, repeat total and direct bilirubin and if possible, test for G6PD as well. Direct bilirubin often rises together with total but it should be reducing now. You can share the repeat results here too

@@dranbudentist sorry to hear that, can’t comment on the divorce part but in general, try your best to discuss, possibly attend counseling for both and resolve if possible. Hope the baby had thyroid tested, if not you could do free T4 and TSH

Sir 9 mnth 13 days old baby boy. From last 15 days suddenly we notice, in the back part of his head near neck and ear areas in both side marble like structure is felt when we touch nd it moves when we touch nd it's hard. @@SridharKs I believe the scientific name is Akinetopsia. When my daughter was 1month old she was diagnosed with bactrerial meningitis and she had some seizures as a result. She had a second attack of it 2 months later. She did a MRI that confirmed that she had cysts on both left and right hemisphere of her brain but most on the right side. Her optic nerves in both eyes was damaged due to the seizures, according to the eye doctor but he says we have to keep monitoring her as she ages to see how she will develop she is 10 months old now and soon time for her next eye clinic visit. I was watching RU-vid for no apparent reason really and came across the movie series Dr. House where they identified similar symptoms to my daughter and I thought about the idea that she might have motion blindness. Motion blindness is when someone can't see moving objects, they only see objects as they stand motionless. I don't know if she has it though but her eyes don't move when objects move before her eyes. You have to stop moving to see her eyes dart to the object. Sometimes her eyes don't move at all. I don't know if she is seeing at all but another docotr did say it's not a physical issue but a developmental one.
@@SridharKs I'm not seeing the reply I sent 😔 so I'll sent a shorter version of it. Motion blindness is when a person can't see moving object, only motionless ones. My daughter don't react to moving object, it seems only when they stand still. I'm seeing a eye doctor so I'll talk to him about at our next visit though.
@@racqueltomlinson9769 thank you. It appears to be a neurological issue related to how the brain interprets the visual signal. Consider a pediatric neurologist opinion as well. I need to read about it as I never encountered before. Hope she improves soon

Hi sir.. my daughter is 2.4 years old now. She did not crawl, and she did not roll over. Instead, she bum shuffled . In fact, no one in our family did not bum shuffled previously. She started walking in her 15th month. I have a doubt that many say bum shuffled babies will develop dislexia. Is that really true?

Gave antibiotics and zinc drops as per pediatrician advice. I completely stopped taking milk and milk products for the past 10 days. Mucus and bloody stool stopped but still having watery and foamy stools. Also started to give rice kanji alone from 5 days before as doctor suggested it to improve stool consistency. But it's not improving, baby still passes watery and foamy stools. But doc said she is gaining weight properly (Birth weight 2.58 kgs. Born on 8.1.2024, now she is 6 kgs). She is taking breastfeed normally too 1. Whether this watery foamy stool an issue ? 2. Should I eliminate eggs from my diet ? Please answer this question sir🙏

Hlo sir.my girl baby one brest is littile bit larger than other.when we touch some lumps i can notice its moving one and like spreading shape.there is no pain ,no colour change and no discharge ..she is 1.7 yers old . old..is thr any serious issues..her weight is 7.8 kg. Birth weight is 2.56
If it’s small lump and not growing, it’s likely normal but discuss with your doctor regarding growth and get this checked as well. Weight is quite low, you need to look at improving protein intake
