hi dr. thank you .very useful lecture. how about sedation in HFo therapy ? which medicine better and how? because we should keep spontaneous breathing and also check the vibration of amplitud during HFO.

Low to medium dose morphine is fine

Hi doctor.. My baby 6 month & 25 days old. Formula + Breastfeeding baby. Started solids 2 weeks before. Raggi kurukk & sooji gothambu kurukk daily 3 times. Can i give him the food after 7 pm? After starting solids i do not give him formula day time only bf he is not drinking water and i noticed his urine output lower than before and Nowadays he really struggling to pass poop can i give any home remedy such as orange juice, dry grapes etc.. Plz rply doctor

You can give if you feel it’s necessary that way. Increase water intake, it’s essential. Fresh fruits are better than juice
