Hi, I have that same receiver, but mine doesn't work on the 18 to 30 mhz band. Any suggestions?

I have that radio, purchased it new. I have a lot of QSL cards. My radio is dead on the 18 to 30 Mhz bands.

Looking very good in orange. There were Swedish made Handic CB radios from the 70´s with a similar design.

Reduce the screen brightness and it'll show up better on the videos 👍

Good video and yes for the money these radio's are brilliant and definitely a boafeng killer. I've got the k5 8 and got the other one with the blue screen on the way.

I picked one up from Amazon, and last night ran the browser mod from UVMOD, it seems pretty cool, my only problem is how do I move the decimal to put in a frequency? I find myself having to be able to "counter" or rather try to understand (neighbors who are using a transmitter even the trivial ones on FM) the operation in order to register and report them. I sense the vibrations and understand their claims although I have to really struggle since their volume is very low but it is more annoying than the noise of mosquitoes. Solutions? Don't purchase a radio because "it looks nice". Performance is what you're looking for. I'd accept a very ugly looking radio if it had all the features i wanted.

Thanks for sharing, I have one of these my first shortwave radio works well but the dial is out of alignment a tad like almost half an inch from the channel it picks up. Looks like a major for me to fix but other than that great little radio
