Good morning. I find myself having to be able to "counter" or rather try to understand (neighbors who are using a transmitter even the trivial ones on FM) the operation in order to register and report them. I sense the vibrations and understand their claims although I have to really struggle since their volume is very low but it is more annoying than the noise of mosquitoes. Solutions?
