My sister was home from college for the day and was watching the tv in our living room so I hadn't realized the remote got knocked into the dog bed in front of the couch and my mom came into the room bc she wanted to watch the tv while she ate her dinner... (my brother lost the last remote and we still can't find it so we got a new one to replace it) and I went to grab the remote from the credenza were it was supposed to be but it wasn't there so I had to look around to find it... my moms response to me having to look for it was 'if you lost the damn remote again I'm going to beat yall (me and little brother) so that's how my weekend went :/ Anyways hope to whoever's taking their time to read this is doing okay. take a breath, drink some water, if you can, maybe get some fresh air or even take a shower if you want or have the energy to. Like a lot of other people here i get yelled at for every little thing i do wrong. If it's not being yelled at then it's a comment or insult that hurts me and makes me feel shitty useless. I've devolved into just laying in bed bc i dont wat to do anything anymore bc ik if i do i'll prob get yelled at for something and my mom wounders why i dont feel like doing anything. I haven't told anyone this but i guess the whole internet can know that i cut my self bc i just cant take the feeling of uselessness, lonelyness, and just over all feeling shitty after so much of it builds up which it builds up quick. I dont even know why i wake up in the morning. I have no friends im stuck with a mother that has zero trust in me and yells at me or insults me for every little mistake i make instead of helping me at all. I tried to bring up what she's said and yelled at me for (calling me a piece of shit useless a dumbass etc i think you get the idea) and she just denied it and said "i dont remeber saying that" and i've dea;t with this for over 2 years i think almost 3 now. I have thoughts of just ending it all and idk why i dont act on them i just think it's not the right thing to do or something even i dont know. I discovered cavetown like 5 years ago, never stopped listening to it and I even dedicated one song of him to mi ex, everytime I listen to meteor shower i am reminded of her. Apart from that, I love every song from Lemon boy and even cry with them from time to time, 'cause life sometimes is a bitch and you cant do noting except lay in bed crying. For everyone who is feeling sad or depresed, I hope this playlist get you some confort.
