I’m on a mission to get from 0 to literally anything/month. Had my first 5 cold calls to break the initial ice. It’s not as scary as I thought it might be. Need to collect shit ton of leads so I can just start spamming through them… I didn’t expect the objections to come blazing one after another in the first 10-15 seconds of the call, so that caught me off guard. Overall, I love the video - but I completely disagree with 1 main thing: When you hire people, the goal is to hire people who are ALREADY great at what they do and don't need to spend much time to train for the core job, and even better - you must focus on hiring people who are BETTER than you and drop your ego If you listen to many of the world's most successful CEOs, that's what they all say and it makes perfect sense Just a tip & my 2c
