I've learned so much from your videos and appreciate them greatly, I was curious to know how can a buyer find out if they're getting real stones (Granite/Marble and so on) in a home that a builder has completed? Being that mixing resin/epoxy with natural stone crystals has become very popular.

Love the house. In the kitchen, I would only use the counter top with a neutral backsplash. OR use the backsplash with a neutral countertop.

I lived in Oahu for 4 years and some of my local brothers would invite me over for some traditional kalua pork. I've been to a few places in the states that have kalua pork, but it's nothing like what you get from the islands. That stuff is FIRE🔥🔥🔥🔥

Awesome video Chuck! Another great job of showcasing an amazing property. I appreciate the upgrades that the home has been given. Very beautiful home. The “pool” seemed like an oversized fountain. Plus with the low profile iron fence you really didn’t have any privacy as the backyard overlooked the golf course.

It’s beautiful however only thing I don’t like is golf course I would. It want to live by golf course simply because windows could get broken and it pool could be full of gold balls. That’s the only downfall I have but other than Thant the home is gorgeous yes I could see me and my husband buying this home

$382 per sqft is pretty high. It's a nice home for sure but for $382 a sqft I'd build my own totally custom home. It's too bad there wasn't a first floor master. It's a beautiful home, perfect for a family and entertaining. But the cost is just too high for a 3500sq ft home.

It fell apart at the back yard. Not interested in the rest of the home now. Pool was more of a large fountain, no swimming can be done there. And there's no outdoor kitchen. Pass.
