Jai Hind. Like India with so many slumdog millionaires, Singapore will have many many HDB millionaires. However Singaporean should not touch many of the cheap foreign properties expecially in Malaysia and in China which had come up with all sorts of strange or retroactive rules for example, Mahathir's saying that foreigners are now buying up our land in the Forest city or Xi's saying that properties are for living and not for frying.
