Advice for anyone who does plan to move out here in Las Vegas, it does get really hot during the summer, I recommend you move when It's Early Spring or Fall. We're the driest desert in the country (Mojave Desert). Hopefully you guys enjoy it more than I ever did 🙂☺️

Mr. Chakits, pardon the ignorance. Just want to make sure. The price of this house is in the video title. You've giving great, great information about the upgrades and add-ons. What sometimes confuses me is the following: based on the title's price, is that the full amount as you showing the house? (With everything you've shown) OR is the title's price plus the add on or the stuff you've shown in the video? Hope that makes sense. Let me know plz plz

This home has a lot of upgrades, which cost extra. The lot price may not have been included. My guess is the final cost would be considerably higher when everything is taken into account.

It is a nice home but I don't feel like it's Toll Brothers status. I don't think I would want to deal with a third party to rectify the Builders mistakes who's main Business is representing the Builder and the Dollars being spent to "upgrade" to elevate to the Status they are presenting I want a face to face. I do like the upstairs but the main floor not so much.

That’s not a garage that’s a storage facility for your cart golf cart that is no car can fit in the garage. It’s too narrow even though a mini Cooper could barely fit.
