This house right here is what I LOVE to have if it was single story. I love the fact that ALL the bedrooms have their own bathroom, and I LOVE the fact that the primary bedroom is downstairs. Absolutely LOVE the kitchen the ENTIRE house is ASOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. To whomever purchases this house you most definitely will get your money's worth.

I already clicked the like button the moment the exterior of this beautiful house was shown. The only complaint I have is that the shower should be much bigger in the primary bedroom. The backyard is so peaceful. The pool, spa, and waterslide is spectacular as well as the outdoor living area.

living room layout is great, especially the wall with the windows, where the fireplace is. everything is sensible, and symmetrical, and allows for any size tv, vs the silly, narrow tv walls often designed. love the kitchen symmetry. only thing i'd change are the sink set-ups. backyard is also fantastic.

It is a great place. You can incorporate the same design concepts into your own place. The little details like the separation of the patio slab with the grounds by that small gap that is stoned in. That is well done!. I do feel sorry for that lemon tree on the terrace. It is hard to grow citrus here. I commiserate.

Great House. You aways say you need to up your game plan but you will not as long as those with you keep getting in the way. Either have the two guys do the camera work first and then you come in with the camera guy and do the walk thru. Dress well with no tennis shoes or blue jeans. No jewelry needed. None of this sells the home. The Asian lady and the camera guy are in her MILLION dollar homes. Just her in front and the camera guy filming. You do not need to be carrying the camera doing the adjustments and you need to learn how to say MILLIOIN it is NOT "MILLON". Hope you do not get too pissed because I a only trying to get you to the "A" game sooner than much later.
