There are 2 pieces of very expensive land: 1. this one, with a asking price of 1 billion and 2. the one you are talking about, called "the Enchanted Hill", which was owned by Paul Allen (Microsoft co-founder), and which had the price you were talking about. 200 Millions so far made the developer broke and the last owner took it back for 100K. Its a big scam going on there.
