@@hooriyarehman4082 what did I just spend 4:42 watching?🥵 I thought your link was something related to the topic, but it’s not. You’re just trying to get views. I don’t think that’s how thing are done here.
The ice cream cones reminded me of the dozens of ice cream cupcakes I used to make for occasions at our sons elementary school. The kids are 21 and 22 yrs old now, and they still talk about those cupcakes! 🧁🍦
This project is skool creative. It brought back a memory of my friend and I shipping up was for root beer float candles. This was back in the early 70's.
An employee at Home Depot told me that the main reason why seasonal items sell out so quickly isn’t really due to people decorating earlier or decorating more than usual...it’s been the same as always, but the stock is severely low primarily because when everything was shut down this summer, it included seasonal manufacturers because it wasn’t considered essential. Those months of lockdown had a major impact on the amount of seasonal items being manufactured, so less stock meant things sold out far quicker than other years even though the rate of purchase remained the same. I don’t know how accurate that is, but it makes sense. Just wanted to add this little tidbit as to why we may be seeing seasonal item selling out at a seemingly faster rate 🤷🏽♂️
I can see that. I did, however, hear a Target employee tell a customer who was complaining about the state of the Christmas section say that the moment they opened boxes, customers took the items. The same at my local Michael's. The employee said they could not keep up with the demand for paint. (What I wanted). My community is heavily shopped by an urban community in a nearby state. My daughter and I were able to find what we wanted about an hour or so farther away.
@@missyb.623 Truth. I work at Michaels and we couldn't get the stuff out fast enough. Trees went faster this year than previous years. Hardly anything left for clearance. We condensed 8 aisles of Christmas stuff into 1 the day after. Already filling up with Spring items.
I work at dollar tree, and I agree that we didn’t get nearly the amount of merchandise as previous years. That, and the public demand so early into the season because people were mailing their gifts due to the inability to congregate this year, items were flying off the shelves. Also, as far as crafting, it is far cheaper to make a handmade gift and there are people, myself included, that are facing financial difficulties.
I think can help you pour the " hot fudge" would be to put it in a piping bag just cut the tip to how much you want it to come out or like the ketchup and mustard containers you can find them at walmart for like a dollar.
So AWESOME Bethany! I absolutely LOVE all your videos and I look forward to seeing them and making my day. They put a smile on my face during this crazy time and I LOVE seeing Cooper's adorable face too. Keep up the GREAT work. YOU ARE VERY TALENTED GIRL. HAPPY NEW YEAR TO YOU, MATT AND COOPER! 🎊🎉🥳
Awwww you’re making me cry 😢! Happy new year to you and to everyone that follows you as well . Love you and I’m super happy to be part of your RU-vid bargain family 💕.
That was AMAZING! I am leaving my tree up for valentine's and making this stuff to use as ornaments on it! My 1 yr. old granddaughter is going to LOVE IT!
I love your sweet crate awesome !!! When you were putting everything together. My first thought was. Cool organization to put tiny craft decorations. That is what I'll do. I think it's pretty awesome !!!
Do you think these would be safe for children to use if they were sprayed with a sealant? I’m a pre-k teacher and these would be adorable for dramatic play!
Oh my goodness! girlfriend you have done yourself!! Every time I watch your video's you know to put things together. You have given me so many ideas. Thank you for having your channel because not many people like you can do this and the fact you have a knack for creativity about anything! I just love, love everything you put together. :))
@@alilsexc It does work. I made some "vanilla" scoops this summer and wanted to try oils. I mixed some in with the spackle before scooping it out. Then over time as the smell faded I would add a couple drops to refresh it. I made sure the spot where I put the oil was hidden as it can make the color darker.
You are so talented, I am so jealous! I love it when I see you have posted a video and get really excited. But then it is over way to soon. I wish they could go on forever, lol but I know they can’t. Beautiful works of art! 🥰🤗❤️
your imagination and ability to come up with all these cute things just blows me away. I can barely do them when i watch others do them i could NEVER be able to sit and think these things up. great job and thanks for the ideas.
Well I see how great these things turn out. I wished I was about 50 years younger. But oh well. I guess I’ll just have to fight a little bit more I have Parkinson’s So someday
You can use those candy embellishments for a gingerbread house too. That's what I did. They are called either "shoe charms" or "scrapbook embellishment". 🍬 🍭😊
Yessss I love watching Bethany and Valentine's DIY's are one of my absolute favorite. My hubby proposed to me on Valentine's so Valentine's is super special to us. I'm definitely going to create a few of these. You're so creative Bethany.
These are so gorgeous I just found your channel and these seem like genuinely creative crafts instead of just gluing a window cling to a candle and calling it a day. I don’t know if you had experience in prop work already or if this is just a hobby but if it’s the latter PLEASE look at working with local theater companies on prop work cause you have a real knack for it 😻 following and looking at more videos next, thanks for posting and being so thorough in the instructions
Thank you Lisa! I tried that with the DAP sparkle I used and it didn’t work. I don’t know if it was that particular spackle but I kept adding and adding but it wasn’t working.
Does the flour or corn starch mold at all? I have read about other people using items like corn starch or flour to make chalk paint, however I found it molded on me. Perhaps the difference is it being out in the air, whereas I made a big batch of paint, and had it in a covered container.
@@dellahicks7231 , I have never used flour or cornstarch to make chalk paint, but when using it to make “frosting”, I have never had it mold on me, but then I have only used it in small amounts... sorry I couldn’t answer you better.
@@lisagoble1148 Thanks for replying Lisa, I find I learn a lot from the comment sections. I actually learned from an individual in a comment section the right ingredient to use to make chalk paint, and it works wonderfully. That's why I always peruse at least some of the comments. Take Care, Stay Safe! 😊
Yay! It's Bethany ❣❣❣ I'm so excited about these tips and ideas! I've been wanting to make fake cakes and sweets for a tea party type tablescape for awhile. Seeing your methods is so helpful. Im thinking that if you use a clear gloss spray on all the sprinkles and candies then the color might not run. You know, like spread them out in a box and lightly coat, shake when dry, the heavier coated side will naturally end up on the bottom then coat the top again. Also, my dad was an industrial photographer and he used white glue to represent milk so maybe Elmer's glue and the brown paint may make the hot fudge?I always love when you post. I get so much inspiration from you. Thank you.
❤️❤️❤️❤️ PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE This might be more work for you but it would be amazing if you could do a shopping list in the description of your DIY videos and it would be much easier for your viewers to go out and buy items to be able to make your amazing ideas. Definitely would be appreciated!
These are so so cute. I have seen quite a bit of “candy” confetti from some of the rubber stamp companies like Honey Bee Stamps and Simon Says Stamp. Usually used for shaker cards but would work great for this application.
Oh Bethany I am in Love, Love, Love with everything you made. Everything looks so real. Thank you for sharing your Talent with us. Happy New Year to you my Friend. So until next time God Bless you and your family and have a Blessed Evening and Stay Safe my dear Friend.
I’ve just noticed that hey have been phasing out their stock SUPER early this year they were putting all the Christmas stuff away at Target a week before Christmas
Bethany, you are so delightful...and your creative juices are over the top! I can’t wait to get over to dollar tree and start making these cuties! Thanks for another great project! Best to you & your family in 2021!

My anniversary is on the 11th and our last child was born on the 16 of February... So he's my valentines baby lol.... Thank you so much Bethany for all of your lovely videos and Sharing your life with all of us! I started crying when you announced your ingagement and pregnancy. See you around sweetheart 💖❤❣
I totally love your faux food! I was wondering if you would be able to do a DIY on a year round tree for all the holidays? A table top (just bare branches) one that I can maybe make paper mold ornaments or whatever small ornaments that one can find. Thank you!😁❤
Hey bethaney you can make newspaper balls for the inside of your cup, rather then use your foam balls. That way you can use your extra foam balls for other diys..😃😃👍👍💕💕
Bethany I love watching your channel your DIYs are terrific and amazing by following your channel I did my 🍭🍬🍭 shop and the ice cream you are amazing ..thank u ♥️
