The fact that you guys are able to grow from a small barn to purchasing a huge factory in North Carolina in such a small amount of time, shows that there’s something bigger that’s driving the company. It’s more than boots or jeans, it’s about strengthening this country
Even if you can't use the denim for the jeans you could always use it for like a basic duffel bag design for the jujitsu crowd or maybe boot bags or something and sell them as a limited run. Super excited to see what comes next with y'all this is such an insanely inspiring company, keep it up! :)
He can make money if he can teach his knowledge. The young people can make money by learning from him and compete to be the best, you grow in the trying.
Its amazing to see a company that gives a crap about the details, but also went to meet with a partner directly. Face to face. Look a man in the eye. Well done.
The realest moment is when you talks about eating damn near the whole bag of those waffle things.. addicting... Just like your videos showing us what it takes to drive a company who believes in themselves!
I can see someone is a Gillis fan with that impression... Seriously though, the commitment to consistency is commendable! Lot of companies would try to pass this off as normal.
Yes!!! The best boots around! Support 100% American made products!! The quality of the jeans and boots are just above and beyond expectations!! Thanks to everyone @originusa !! P.S. I want them boots for sure…
As 30yr union construction worker I see the quality and the interest in your clothing makes me happy that theres pride left in the USA 45yrs ago my fathers company went to he worked at thr steel company 35yrs and suddenly closed its doors I dont do automated checking you inspired me to loose some weight because of those jeans and I've seen your boots they're kickass would love to buy and support you for me and my wife
Partnerships, the key to this issue. Treating others like partners takes them farther and higher than demanding correction and reimbursement. Reminds me of the story of when Jocko was an aide getting his Admiral a first class seat and him sitting in coach to get some work done. Partnered with flight team to keep Admiral happy, and everyone benefited. Good work Team.
0% compromise, 100% commitment! My money is hard earned, and I have no hesitancy to buy from Origin. Because I know it's being hard spent. Bringing it back! I swear sometimes I get so fired up after watching an Origin video, that it feels like I just drank a GO!
Its really awesome to see Pete flying out and taking care of issues with their partners. The next generation needs to get up to the high standard Origin Requires. Keep husslin folks!
You guys do stuff right. 17 years old, just got a full time job as an apprentice plumber. I’d love to try your stuff out. Made in America = Made right!
It's amazing the business fundamentals that one can pick up from following along the Origin journey, but this one is especially important. Not compromising on quality for the benefit of the customers and turning suppliers into partners, are two of the most important lessons and values that EVERY business should adopt. So much value here, not only in the advice but also the products being created. You've created a customer for life.
Ever since I’ve been following Ryan Michler on “Order of Man” and he mentions you guys before every podcast I see why he stands true to the brand and the movement you guys do! Continue to make America great!
I can tell everybody firsthand that this is making a big difference in the supply chain throughout the country. I own a company of trucking and there are warehouses and factories for tires home goods such as mattresses etc. that I have been running loads for, I have been getting transfer loads from brand new factories to brand new warehouses left and right. Y’all started a trend. Now all we need is like this video says to get the young people to know why it needs to get done because there are so many that don’t want to go to work, and so many places I’ve run into with staffing issues. Let’s keep it going!
"The mindset of partnership." When business does the right thing to help business...It's all about doing the right thing. I first heard of Origin Maine from the Order of Man podcast with Ryan Michler. Have very much enjoyed watching you guys on youtube. Love the Field Explorer patterns fella's. Thank you for bringing it Back to the United States.
I personally got to experience this jean shrinkage. The Origin Team took care of me though, we sized up and now I'm rocking my washed denim jeans! Keep up the good work, never give up!
This why America is the greatest. Keeping that quality in the product from field to factory, just shows the commitment and loyalty to the American consumer and Worker.
The fact that you will go above and beyond just because the denim doesn't have the right stretch, proves that you are 100% looking out for your customers. Top that with being all American made, you have the #1 clothing company in America/ the entire world.
We're melting a little ice, he says... next thing you know, in a future episode, Pete's using that flamethrower to melt the honey discs in his stroopwafels. I love Origin's commitment to their mission, "...without compromise," even if it means sacrificing all of that incorrect textile.
The transparency is second to none. Thanks for sharing all the little stuff. There is a lot that can be applied to how we carry ourselves and react to issues in our everyday lives.
Keep America growing fellas!!!!!!!! So happy there's humans willing to put in the work to ensure the future of American manufacturing stays in America, I hope other company's follow suit!!!!!!
Loving these behind-the-scenes edits! The fact that there's no blame or hate, just an obstacle to be overcome speaks to everything Origin is about. Love it.
It’s time to encourage those trades and that it is super important to have people who want to do this type of work. I love the attitude of finding the younger people who are going to replace them.
I love watching Origin videos! They are so exciting and uplifting to watch. They talk about the culture they are shaping in their company. It's exciting to hear about a real American company. I love it!
Dedication to producing and putting out the best product shines bright!! Thank you to everybody @ Origin for being so passionate. You’re setting a standard that I hope will catch on!! Manufacturing in the USA!! So awesome!! Cheers from Washington State!!! 🤙🏼
Very inspirational, finding a problem attacking to find a solution. Not blaming others, taking responsibility finding a solution. A+ Money business doesn’t trump quality and employees.
It was great to see the team rallying to fix that crazy issue. I'm looking forward to the BLACK DENIM. 👏 I'll be rocking some of those! Maybe with the grey boots!
Love these videos. " The Why" soooo important. Partners, not vendors. Was given a gift card to origin for Christmas. The jeans I purchased are hands down my favorite pair. It's good that y'all show the successful days and the set backs. Overcoming instead of giving up.
The CS is amazing. I was shocked when the team called me to talk about my experience with the Delta68 after wearing it for 1 full year without one single wash and I wore it for everything. Perhaps it got cleaned on rainy days, but even my wife said it looked amazingly good for not being laundered once in one year. In either case, the CS team sent me a pair of Factory Jeans to test out the durability of the crotch area, which was my main issue with Delta 68 because my main mode of transportation is cycling; so far so good. Also, I thought the Factory Jeans would be 'boxy', but it has a nice fit, but not as slim as the Delta 68. I think Stephanie or Christine, the VP of customer experience took my call after Abigail left me a message. Overall, the company seems to strive to be the best through the whole vertical chain. OSS.
